Worst, pizza and salad ever tasted ?, staff are worst at service, don't know minimum basic customer service, gave rotten salad. I guess passengers eat in the worst case when they are hungry and need to catch a

Late flight limits your food choices. Restaurants closed. Food court choices of sushi (yeah not gonna chance airport sushi with another flight to go), Subway (underwhelming but safe choice) But then I see Ledo's and think Even bad pizza is good, because it's PIZZA! So let's give them a chance. GOOD CALL! Walk to counter, there's grab and go pizzas or you can order to be made fresh, along with subs and calzones. That's a plus to me. Also grab and go beers and selzers..also a plus. Service very friendly and fast. Major plus when traveling! My husband and I went 14 inch Hawaiian pie. It's more than enough for 2 people. I had a local IPA, which I would have liked to keep in the can but wasn't given option. So it was poured badly in a plastic cup and I had to wait for the foam to go down. Pizza looked great and tasted good, (like a domino's pizza flatbread). But you couldn't pick it up to eat it because it's so thin & greasy, it falls apart in your hands. So we had to get forks to eat it. That said we knocked the whole thing off. It was yummy. Not really great pizza, but perfect situational satisfaction. I would definitely order from here again. I'm in this airport several times a year, so if I'm back in B and there's no restaurants open..I'll pick here again.

One more fix before heading home

A 6" pizza bundled with fountain soda costs $8.99 but the clerk wouldn't turn on the fountain. So I asked for A 6" pizza without soda and was told it was "$9" (I think she meant that it was also $8.99). Clerk, after giving me 5 minutes of attitude, called the owner who told her the same thing. She then offered to spend her own money to buy me a bottled soda but I left because I wasn't about to take money from a clerk, even a rude one. And before anyone gets on my case about the pricing, it's clear that the soda wasn't "free" with the 6" pizza because an 8" pizza cost $8.49 (without soda), fifty cents less. So clearly the soda was a decent chunk of the 6" pizza total price that she and the owner weren't admitting. The company or franchise owner should take some courses in mathematics, economics, logic, pricing, and customer service.

Traveling from Seattle we stopped to have a lunch ,but those people are in a very slow motion ,just one person at the front it took half an hour to deliver our wings and pizza a lot of people around waiting and nobody is served yet ,he forgot our salad we need to ask for, the same with the ranch . Sitting here we noticed are 3 others people in the back no clue what are they doing ,you can see on their attitude a huge lack of interest in this job .

These people are just not doing their jobs. I ordered from there “grab and go section”. They say it will be 15 minutes. I figure I’ve made a mistake and they need to make it to order. I come back after 15 and ask where it is. They say they forgot to make it. Then I’m like okay when will it be done? And then she says actually it’s from grab and go and gives it to me right away.

Short review: Excellent pizza... I got an 8" cheese with two toppings: mushroom and onions... it was delicious and well-sized for one person. The service was also excellent. The young lady at the register was very kind and attentive and even asked me how the pizza was when I walked by to throw out my pizza box. We also went to a nearby starbucks and dunkin' donuts for my wife and brother-in-law and there was no comparison in the genuine care that I received at Ledo's!Long review:Went to the airport via light rail with my wife to drop off my brother-in-law. His flight was delayed by 2 hours and we didn't want to leave him bored in the airport so decided to stick around and get something to eat at the airport. My wife loves checking Yelp and Google to figure out where to eat and every single well-reviewed option (she wanted to try the sushi place- Gachi) was on the other side of security. Since he was the only one with a boarding pass, we only had a few options. Ledo's reviews were pretty bad but I decided I would try it out anyway. I almost got the 6" pizza, which includes a fountain drink but really wasn't interested in the drink and instead went with the "Build-our-own" 8", which costs $8.99 plus $1.25 per topping. I also considered the veggie option, which was close to $13 for the same size pizza so I decided to just make my own to save a few bucks. I got mushroom and onions, which combined super well on the pizza and were well worth the extra $2.50. I really can't recommend this place enough, I was really impressed and can't believe it had such a low rating! Also, if you are looking to kill time at the airport, check out the Observation Gallery near Ledo's (upper level near B/C security checkpoint) and the stained-gladd crab near concourse A.

Pizza was very mid... not bad but mid. The thing that annoyed me was the awful customer service. The cashier was on the side looking for her phone when I asked her for a pizza. She looked at me then looked back down at her phone to finish what she was doing as if I hadn't said anything. A few seconds later she walked up, ringed me up (while still on her phone), with no politeness whatsoever. This was around 7 PM on June 25th.Awful experience

Sheena is a rock star! I wanted my late dinner/in between flights pizza cooked very lightly, and she nailed it. Most places make me repeat my request a dozen times as if I was speaking in Martian. Despite having other customers, Sheena multitasked like a pro and made sure I was happy with the finished product. Her kind Jamaican-accented disposition was well-received too. So if you're at BWI, stop in and see Sheena. And whoever owns this franchise, take notice of this extremely high achiever and her extraordinary customer service.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken calzone. Pipin hot and delicious. Not sure about the complaints about it being cooked, but maybe should ask to have it extra done. The pizza items run through a preset oven.
