Doesn't really pay good attention to detail? I asked for my fish filet plain and I received it with cheese. I also asked for barbecue sauce and was told it would be put in the bag and did not get it, so I had to pay for 1.

I’m not a fan of McDonalds in general, but when I’m starved and it is the only psudo-food available I will purchase. However McDonalds only allows orders through their app which I am not downloading just to order food for my crews. Anyways McDonalds is garbage and I order from there 1-2 times a year but because of their lack of options for ordering I will be giving Wendy’s or any other restaurant my money instead of McDonalds.

Couldn't get service inside, no table numbers for the self service machine, no one would acknowledge I was waiting at the front counter. Spent about 10 minutes standing around. Waste of time. I guess its a drive-thru only McDonalds. Dont bother going in.

Such a poor quality McDonald’s. I never expect 5-star service but it has never ceased to amaze me the ability of this store to forget items, and give subpar service and attitude. Irrespective of the medium in which you order (DoorDash, Uber, in-person) they will forget something. Or give your food to someone else and then try to give it to you.

On September 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM, I placed an online order (Order #1690) for a cheeseburger and a large Diet Coke at your restaurant. After a 10-minute wait, during which others received their orders first, I received only the cheeseburger. When I asked about my missing drink, a female employee dismissively said, “That’s all.” This was frustrating and unprofessional.
