I go to the drive thru I order a filet o fish meal, a cone, and a hot fudge sundae. When zi am handed the sundae, there is next to no fudge on it. So I ask if they can put some more on there. The drive-thru worker comes back with what is now the still not the normal amount of fudge and tells me, "Next time they will have to charge me for more fudge." How about putting the right amount of fudge in the first place. The fries tasted ...off. I get my filet of fish to find half a slice of cheese and next to no tartar sauce. I would recommend this location either retrain the entire crew, fire them and try again, or just close the location. Looking at the amount of negative reviews, I should have looked at that first, but it was closest to the airport, so I took a shot and lost. The food sucked and the employee/management attitude sucked. Won't be back.

Went thru the drive through. Wanted no cheese on my hamburger. What is so hard about getting a McDonalds order right. I think their people just don’t give a crap about their job. Fries were super greasy. Not McDonalds style.

This is like an oasis. I was at the BWI airport to pick up a family member and intended to go to the cell phone lot.
There were two things top of mind for me. One, I was hungry and two I wanted to use the restroom. When I saw the sign for the restaurant I drove here. The drive through here seems to be very popular. The staff were very friendly. Only a few people in the restaurant. I could achieve both my wishes. Using my McDonald's app 😀 I also snagged a deal.

I'll be stopping here on my visits to BWI especially if I'm going to wait for arrivals. It's about 8 minutes to the terminal and close to express and daily parking.

I just had the most unprofessional interaction with the evening manager at this location I think I've ever experienced. I placed an order for 2-40 count nuggets through the McDonalds delivery app. When the order was delivered, there were 2-20 count nuggets in the bag. I called the location to see if the DoorDasher might have accidentally left the second bag behind, and the manager proceeded to tell me that he was SURE he packed two boxes of nuggets. I said he was correct, I have two boxes, but they are 20 count each, and I ordered 2-40 count.
He rudely said "Lady, what do you actually want me to do about it?" When I said I simply wanted the rest of my order, he laughed and said take it up with Door Dash.
When I asked if I could bring up the two ones and the receipt to show him that they were 20-counts, he said "I'm not lookin' at nothin' you bring up here, yo" and some other unintelligible mumbling and cursing.When I asked him to confirm that he just admitted to packing two boxes of nuggets, and had made a mistake with the counts, he said he was calling his manager. I waited on hold (with DoorDash customer care in the background on another line) and waited for him to return. After 10 minutes, he came back to the phone and in a ride tone said "I checked the receipt, you ordered 2-40's, come get your order." When I told him that I didn't want to "come get it" which is why I DoorDashed it, and didnt want to interact with him after he was so rude and unprofessional, and asked for his general managers name and number. He refused to give me both, and I asked again for either a customer care number or the owner/managers name, and he said "I'm not givin' you nothin'" and hung up.

McDonald's corporate or the owner/operator of this location, please contact me here with your number. DoorDash was on another line and heard the interaction, and after I got back on the phone with them, a DoorDash customer care manager said he was opening an official complaint against the restaurant for what they heard. Your manager working the evening of 10/3/24 needs a drug test.
