I Used the drive thru 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. My wife and i had special orders. Our order was taken pleasantly and it was Hot, Fresh, ready and correct when we pulled up to the pickup window. Great Service, Great Job.

This one charges $0.25 for a pickle slice. Most McDs put a pickle slice on your sandwich for no charge. But not this one. No sir, why should your sandwich get a pickle!?
There must be a global pickle shortage I am not aware of that is dramatically driving up pickle prices... Or just a greedy owner who also charges $0.59 for lettuce.
McDs is simple, inexpensive, fast. The line item markups for your sandwiches are counter to all 3 of those. A simple $0.25 pickle is enough for me to choose to go somewhere else.

My girlfriend and I both placed mobile orders. I ordered 2 McChickens with ONLY ketchup, and they came with mustard on them as well. My girlfriend ordered a Deluxe McCrispy with no tomato, extra mayo, add bacon, and add cheese. Her sandwich was made standard, as if they didn’t read any of the $2.50 worth of customizations. This has happened a few times in the past, but this time I had made it home before I realized and we had to go back. They remade the sandwiches, but then my two McChickens were remade with way too much ketchup, like flooded, so I had to ask them to remake it again. By the time we got home and ate our fries, they were cold and soggy (given that we had wasted about an hour at that point.)

TBH i seldom eat from here but my kid frequents here...We don't even live that close (Severn) but my 17 year old loves this place...i will drive him him here because this place NEVER misses of the all around customer service...it is very clean...fast...everyone always greets you and his good is ALWAYS hot! Yes...thats right. And he's NOT just getting "a meal"...he's a tednaged growing young man and I take him here once a week...and everytime, we NEVER have complaints.

Great Staff and this McDonald's was a little cheaper than others. I parked my semi here over night
When in for ice tea, Egg McMuffin and a hash brown the bill was $7.39. I was ask if I wanted to round up and it showed on screen .61 to round to $8.00 and was charged $9.00. Have tried to call 2 days and no one picks phone up. This is a joke and my question is was it a tip and if so think about how much this young man is making per day. Want a call back to discuss.
