Awful and disgraceful service from day one ordering. I’ve ordered from here about 6 times. I ordered here due to the convenience of location and price. Good shrimp fried rice here and that’s all. Everything else on the menu is not tasty. They’ve lost a customer. I was hung up on twice due to asking questions about the menu and having a moment of confusion. Grow up Ocean Chinese Restaurant. Be nice and learn how to get to the true fortune! :) If I could zero stars I would.

You have to pay a debt card fee on top of the cost of your meal..

My family and i chose this place just because of the 4 star rating. It wasn't worth it. I called the first time and someone hang up on me. Should have took that as a sign. But i called back and placed an order. Order vegable egg rolls they turned out to be spring rolls. Order egg foo young it had so many egg shells in it. Couldn't enjoy my food for the money i spent. And to top it off the lady making the food wasn't wearing her face mask properly. Im pregnant and nevers again ?

Don't order the teriyaki chicken. Their menu shows sliced chicken over rice with teriyaki sauce on top. What you actually get is some deep fried & dried up unidentifiable pieces of meat on sticks that taste absolutely nothing at all like chicken or teriyaki. There was NO teriyaki sauce on anything! I called to tell them there was a problem with my order and I got an argument from them. I would not order from here again and I would not recommend Ocean carryout to my family or friends.

Very very good food!! Ordered for the first time and ended up ordering 2 more times the same week it was so good! Flavorful and sauces were good. Best shrimp toast I ever had!!

I use to eat here all the time the quality of the food was horrible the food doesn't taste good and they want to charge you an extra $2 for fried rice I will take my service somewhere else. And my co-workers will know how bad the food was too.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. I ordered shrimp and pork fried rice, crab rangoons and spring rolls...BLAND AND NASTY!

Fast service, great Lo Mein. I recommend the steamed dumplings.

Lady on the phone was very Rude. And food came to fast makes me believe it was sitting all day cause it tasted nasty. Ordered crab rangu. It was nasty

Kinda rude over the phone hung up befor I could finish and the delivery guy was rude. Food was okay the boneless spear ribs were shity and mostly fat
