I ordered an Everything Bagel and drink I ask that the bagel be cut and not toasted because I would toast it when I got to work. Well did they listen? No this bagel is hard as a brick . I work near the Bay Bridge why would I want it toasted. Need pay attention more. What a waste of time & money.

Everybody should get fired . There should be new management. Faster and nicer employees needs to be hired no the rude and miserable ones just lazy. They don’t check your bag and there’s always something missing that they “forgot” .

The guy at pick up is so pathetic doesn't gives the cooffe cup if we pick up little late, and we need to wait 15 min. for simple coffee cup. I tried to show him my order but he Don't want to listen and waisting people's time. So horrible experience.... 😞😢

We ordered our food to go and when it was ready for us it wasn't ready for us. I ordered soup and had to run back in for a spoon and we ordered a cookie which we didn't get! We were charged for it but it wasn't in the bag!

I love to meet my friends at panera. We have new panera near our house. I had worthest experience. I ordered Fuji apple chip salad 1/3 of the vegetables were rotten and breakfast sandwiches weren't like other panrea. I took foods back to the counter and showed those to them, they just looked at me that is normal. I asked for manager and he came out and said something. He offered to make it again. The cashier and the people who are preparing the foods were just no help some what rude. No willing to help. I think about it, it still make me feel very upsetting. It was mother's day, I was treating other mothers and very unhappy experience.
