Deliveries to my neighbor house. Not mine. Refuses to compensate for mistakes. Had to call corporate for a refund and compensation.

Walked in to order a pizza and there were 4 employees inside and not one acknowledged I was there. No one came up to take my order they were talking about there families. Only one person was busy making a pizza and the manager was sitting in the office and could see them sitting at the computer. Guess customer service doesn’t matter anymore. So I walked out after standing there for about 2 minutes.

Such great people and great Pizza, April 100, perfect pizzas to the point she deserves a raise. Not in my delivery area but some great delivery Drivers Will and Richard, great people and great pizza!

I called several times because I had made a mistake with the pickup address for my pizza. The manager said he couldn’t find my name, but never asked for my first name. Later, the manager called me back, and when I told him I wanted to cancel the order, he just hung up on me. This is not how you treat a customer. Very disappointed with the service.

Went in establishment to order. I watch the gentleman who was preparing the food Walk around the corner behind the wall and came back to prep area without any sanitizing or washing of hands. When Asked to wash hands he gave a nod with an “okay”and continue preparing food. I asked the teenager “ Manager ” the employee name, he gave me a false name of “Will”. When asked his name he denied.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 4:54pm. I realized time was steadily passing by , and my food was still not delivered. I called at 6:30, and was placed on hold. I remained on hold waiting to speak to a manger, and no one came to the phone. I hung up, called back, and pressed option two to track my order, and the message said “complete”. I paid $25.38 for one medium pizza , and a 20oz pepsi. I am 5 months pregnant. I look outside and my pizza is sitting on the ground, the seal is broken on the pizza, and when I pick up the box the pizza box is cold which means it’s been sitting outside for a long time, and I see an ant crawling on the box. No pepsi in sight. I’m disgusted, I feel disrespected, and I want a full refund. No one ever called to say my delivery was outside , nor did anyone knock on my door. I have a ring doorbell, and it was never rung either. Highly disappointed

Online pizza order does not work. Ordered Pizza to be delivered, but they took the order and didn't do anything until I called asking a status and then offered no apology ended up taking over 2 hours for the order.

I've been going here for years. The food has always been above average, the cheese sticks and desserts are great. The service has always been outstanding, I've been here over 50 times since 2010 and I can only recall one time that they messed something up.

I just got my pizza ordered half pepperoni and half pineapple the dough was completely raw and had to recook it
