This papa johns is not good on customer service my order came to $30.95 cents I presented a $50 dollars bill they said they cannot take anything over 20 dollars this is such a in convenience and very poor customer service so I was not going to go find change I'm on my lunch break from work papa johns in lithicum you guys are terrible and that's a silly policy I wonder if my race has anything to do with this I will never return to this store because that's policy is inappropriate for such a large franchise do not go here...it's terrible and crazy policy I didn't see any posts that said we don't accept anything over$20 dollars it's word of mouth and very poor customer service I talk to a girl says she was manager Kristen are curstain she was no help neither do better papa johns racism played out a long time ago... very disappointing in this franchise..??

Don't bother ordering from this location. We ordered our pizza online, they didn't even start it until we arrived. Not only that, they were extremely rude. Once they actually started our order they wouldn't even look at

Not bad. But it was the worst Papa John's I've ever had compared to other Papa John's. Ordered pizza with three ingredients and what I received was closer to a cheese only pizza. They really skimped on the ingredients.

So nice. My pizza was delicious and I thought I ordered delivery, but my mistake-it was still set on pickup. I called and the manager was so helpful. It got delivered pretty quick. I give 5 stars . Service was excellent!

Horrible experience, and unfriendly manager who refuses to take ownership for a poor product. I asked for extra sauce and the manager claimed that this is extra sauce (see photos).
Unacceptable in my opinion, if that is extra sauce then I am scared to imagine what regular sauce looks like. This store went to crap recently.

I ordered extra sauce and they manager claimed that this was extra.... how embarrassing! New item I've discovered is the Popa Bowl. Love it! Pizza in a dish, NO CRUST.
Was told 16.00 which I thought was expensive. Then told 17.00 because I only wanted 2 toppings when the special was for 3. I said just give me the special with only 2 toppings. He said ok. Then tells me it's going to be 21.21?Not sure why so high for just 1 large pizza? To top it off the pizza isn't a large. They didn't add enough sauce cheese and allowed the crust to be so big. Who wants more crust? You charge me more then my pizza is wrong... smhIf I wasn't really hungry I would of called to get another 1. Bad business

Very disappointed. This was the best Papa Johns around the area. For some reason they started using Door Dash for deliveries without saying anything. I don't trust the random junkies Door Dash hires to deliver my food.Yea, there are some perfectly fine people working for DD, but there's far more junkies in the greater Baltimore area than normal people. Sad to say yesterday was my last order from Papa Johns. The "safety" stickers that are used don't stick properly so it's impossible for PJ to say your pizza hasn't been tampered with. Incredibly underhanded to not tell a customer where there delivery fee money is going. I never want to support DD, and PJ decided to use my money for that without even telling me they were handing my food off to someone with track marks down their arm. 0 out of 5 stars,.

Purchased a Medium pepperoni pizza w/extra pepperoni.....That was the worst pizza I have ever had.,..It was like a tomato sandwich.... disgusting....That pizza was $18 and some change... That's alot of money for a nasty med pizza.....Never again....plus it was suppose to be New York Style ... Evidently, they have never been to New York and had a slice of real pizza.....That Papa John's pizza was absolutely the worst ever.....I really don't like to complain but when I am spending my coins...I want what I paid for...not a bunch of slop on some dough...I am just pissed...I should have taken it back but it dark out and I don't go out alone at night.....Thank you for letting me vent

Try to order one pizza on a Sunday. Called 4 times but kept getting a typical angry hangup finally was put through to customer service (not intentionally) and my order was taken instantly. Called back just a few minutes later and was hung up on a few more times. After at least 10 more minutes I got through and added 2 bottles of water. Got a call from someone at store who said they can't sell me water once I place an order through corporate. Absurd!
