I visited Baltimore, Maryland wanted a quick bite... stopped by Potbelly Sandwich Shop. First time at the sandwich shop. The place is clean and organized. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive.
I ordered a skinny chicken sandwich combo. Comes with a drink and chips. My friend ordered the PB&J sandwich with a drink.
The chicken sandwich was tasty with all the fixins.
The place has a variety of goodies on the menu besides sandwiches. Potbelly has shakes and cookies.
The place is spacious. So, plenty of seating.

Potbelly is located in a plaza, so plenty of parking.
Prices are affordable

Waited for my sub must have had a large order bc nobody helped me after that just stood there for like 10-15 minutes like an idiot…

Purchased 2 salads and when they were delivered, the chicken and apples were bad and disgusting. The sour smell hits you like a ton of bricks when the container was opened. I called them to let them know this and they acted like they didn't care. They need to check their product before serving it to paying customers. Maybe a visit from the health department will make them care a little more.

The girl that took my order wasn’t friendly, but not necessarily rude. Just going through the motions.
The guy who actually made my sandwich was friendly and understood that I was a first-timer and was helpful.
The sandwich (SWEET HEAT PORK BBQ) was amazing !!!

Flew in from Massachusetts, and my daughter recommended we stop into Potbelly’s for sandwiches. Service was great! Staff was pleasant and sandwiches were very good.
We decided that we would stop there the next day as we were flying home during supper hour.
When we arrived, we were only customers there.
There were 2 staff people on duty.
We placed our order, added a few toppings and checked out.
Another employee who was just coming on duty, checked us out, very pleasant. Took our sandwiches and proceeded to airport.
My husband’s sandwich was fine, as ordered. Mine, however, was unsatisfactory. I asked for a skinny Avo Turkey w/white bread. I was given multi grain bread, w/only turkey and mayonnaise. Absent were the other ingredients that come on the Avo Turkey. Really wasn’t in position to get the correct sandwich.
Next time I go to Baltimore for a visit, I will go across the street to Panera.
Usually let things slide, however, I encountered
either an unkind employee or an employee with poor customer service skills . Left tip, and I was polite and grateful for service.

You know when you are having a bad morning? Up all night traveling, didn’t know what to eat, walked up and down the airport couldn’t make a decision, I finally went with Potbelly, to say the least I spilled a cup of coffee and felt terrible, but the ladies working there made me feel at ease, they smiled, they joked around, we had a few laughs and I really needed that! I ordered the Ham and Swiss and it had been the best H&S I’ve had in a while, I’m still stuck on the service and how their smile and laugh was able to turn my morning around. I am so grateful, we need this type of customer service everywhere we go!!

The staff is very friendly as well as professional. I was so impressed with all the workers there. I highly recommend this establishment. Dont let me forget the food very tasty made well

I went to this potbelly and I be coming in this store very often and all the stuff got very very bad actitud like your getting free food no way everyone paid for they need to change personal or either pay more money to the employees we don't know what's going on in the store but they need to change personal or do something they need to stop treating customer bad .

We arrived at our hotel after a long day and didn't feel like going back out for dinner. We placed an online delivery order from Potbelly. We ordered two sandwiches and a dessert cookie. One of the sandwiches and the dessert was correct. Whoever prepared the second sandwich must have checked out for the night early. The order was for a chicken salad sandwich with bacon and lettuce added. The sandwich we received was bacon and lettuce only - they completely left off the chicken salad. I called the store and after being on hold for quite a while I was told that they would inform the manager of our issue. I'm still waiting for a reply of some kind from the store.

Edit - we recieved a refund for the full amount of our order.

After ordering my food from DoorDash and being given the run around because none of your workers speak English is absolutely ridiculous. Your crew staff that was attempting to help me, (because she was less than helpful) Cammy, is the absolute worst with her attitude and her finger pointing. All I wanted to know was if my dasher picked up my order to which she ignorantly shouted at me and pointed at the wall saying this is the shelves for the orders online, I DO NOT KNOW, we didn’t receive your call. Even though my order was already made they didn’t even have a single clue if my food was prepared or not. Disgraceful; I will never order from here again. Myself and my coworkers order from here often. As I work at the Holiday Inn right down the street. As we love your shakes.. but, I’ll be sure to make my whole hotel aware of the crappy service I was given tonight. And will refer no one to you all from this point forward. I’ll be in touch with the manager tomorrow. For the amount that I spent on your food; the service I was given was horrible.

Nice and clean . Cute little sandwich ? place . The workers were really helpful and polite minus the older dark skin lady ( real nasty attitude) anyways I had the pizza melt and cup of chili . I think people may enjoy it however it wasn’t my cup of tea I’m wondering if it’s just my taste buds today from drinking last night .I don’t think I will give them a try again .

It's a great store for foid, but the servers' attitude has gotten terrible recently. I rather go to next door for food now.
