Great food. Fun environment. Hard working staff. A little irritated I have to download the app to use my rewards in order to use it in store. Minor irritation and other than that everything is wonderful. We don’t have these in my area so anytime we pass them we stop. the vegetable soup is the best I have ever had.

I went for lunch to have a sandwich and soda. Ordering was decent except having the employee shout across the restaurant “Sir Sir what do you want on your sandwich” after I repeated myself 3 time. Then, I went to get soda where and there was no carbonation. I told the cashier who didn’t do anything or offer to substitute for bottled. So, I decided to get tea instead which was empty. Finally, I got a cup of water in my paid cup. After spending 20 minutes eating I decided to go check to see if they switched the CO2 tank but it there was still no carbonation or sign to warn customers the machine is down. There were other customers that I watched that ended up pouring out their flat soda and switching to water.I will never be returning due to the service and how the place is ran. I felt as some employees didn’t care which is concerning when it comes to food hading. It is unfortunate as the sandwich tasted very good.

Definitely not staffed correctly. Finally had to leave as it was taking so long. Went to Chipotle next door and had great food there!

Our sandwiches were great. Got a chocolate milkshake at Potbelly for the first time and it was delicious! Staff were pleasant and we got our food quickly.

A decent tasting quick lunch, had chicken club, not much lettuce on it but it was fine otherwise. Overall restaurant is worn out and dirty. Employees lackadaisical, not rude or unfriendly but certainly not service oriented.Kid-friendliness: Casual atmosphere and child seats and high chairs- they would need to be wiped down to put a little one in them (dirty) but they’re available.

We were headed to the Baltimore airport and looking for sandwiches to pick up for the flight. We downloaded the Potbelly app and ordered two sandwiches. We ordered our sandwiches cold/un-toasted, we didn't want hot sandwiches to get soggy. I think the sandwiches would be much better if toasted and eaten soon thereafter. Our sandwiches were made exactly to our order, everything was delicious. I would definitely come back here again.

Went to store. Waited wasn't attended. Nothing was said to me until I went to speak with worker who were not even given me a time of the day. Left. Contacted store manager who kept trying to talk over me instead of listening to what i have to say. How come you are telling me machine is broke and people are sitting in your restaurant eating and you have never even asked me what I would like to order? At least let le client speak and explain why he is here for but you keep talking over him.(By the way most of the negative comment, 1 star review are all related to same issue: customer service, is it a coincidence?)

Rarely do I ever leave reviews but I will be leaving this here for awareness... BE CAUTIOUS eating here. Yesterday I ordered an Italian sub with everything on it and chips/pickle on the side. I ate the chips and half of the sub and it was fine but shortly after about 30 min I felt so sick. Pain. My stomach was screwed up ALL night and still today...just straight nausea, cramps, diarr...etc. I haven't been able to eat anything since and contemplated eating the pickle I forgot I put in the fridge. I opened it and saw there was something weird on one of the slices. Absolutely disgusting and into the trash. Never again.
I placed an order for pickup and both subs were made wrong. When I called, I was originally told that because it was a bogo, only one could be replaced. After being told to take pictures, which I did, I was told that both would be replaced and she would make note of it. When I went back for the replacements. I waited as the employee and the manager were trying to find a note about my order. When the manager called her assistant manager (who I had originally spoke with) she evidently "kind of remembered talking to someone" and was told that they would only replace 1. I admit that I lost my temper, and raised my voice. I offered to show them the pictures, but they declined. As my subs were being remade, they were basically calling me a liar, saying "who forgot to put cheese on them" and "I don't know how they could be made that wrong". So, I'm posting the pictures here and warning people not to get anything from this location. They obviously don't give a d*mn about their customers.

I can't speak on the food because the customer service was so terrible and left much to be desired that I put everything I planned to purchase back in the cooler & shelf and walked out. I refuse to spend money in an establishment that doesn't know how to speak to their customers/ people in general. I'd rather go to the Arundel Mills location than step foot in this one again.
