Floor was on the sticky side, custard was good, ladies were very friendly! Other than maybe cleaning the floors and tables better it’s worth a cold treat

This was my first experience at a Rita's. I'd never had custard either, so I opted for the Gelati with strawberry Italian ice and vanilla custard. It was fantastic! I'm a fan of Rita's now.

It’s sticky inside on the floors, the doors, and the counters. This is the first Rita’s I’ve been to in this condition. Management may want to consider enforcing cleanliness

Always good service manager has always inquired about what flavors we like and tells us when he will be making the ones he knows we buy alot of normally we buy multiple quarts at a time
