First time they did peanut butter instead of chocolate in the middle of my concrete and refused to correct it without charging me for the fudge. Apparently they don't have a restroom even for their customers either. Ridiculous. Done with this place...

Rob and his staff were amazing and very professional when I came to visit and place an order. I drove past several Rita’s to get here and I’m thankful the place was clean and his staff was very welcoming upon entering the store. We were greeted and thanked for our patience and the worker was able to clear a line with no problems and she did it with such Grace and class. I will be coming to this Rita’s from now on.

Rita's in Linthicum are always will to give back to the community. In the past they have donated for Vacation Bible School at Friendship Church of the Brethern and today they donated very generously for our upcoming silent auction. Very personal and friendly place to go.

This is the perfect spot to meet with friends or to grab a treat after getting pizza next door. I’ve tried a few items and everything has been awesome! A small cup of vanilla with sprinkles is the perfect pick me up on a hot day. This particular Rita’s location is located in a nice shopping center, so you can drop by while running other errands, and the owner is a super nice guy! I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Apparently the Sundae on the right is a small and the sundae on the left is a large. I pointed out that to the guy and young lady who made them. They said that “they were just made differently”. I understand making a mistake or making things differently. But when the customer points it out you shouldn’t ignore their comment or act like the customer is wrong.

Rita's of Linthicum generously gave the Linthicum Elementary School PTA coupons to auction off at its silent auction. They are incredibly supportive of the community. We are grateful for their support. On a personal note, my daughter, pup and I enjoyed a treat and had great service. The facility was incredibly clean.
