I normally dont post when I have a bad experience, this ruby Tuesday is no good. Sticky tables, short staffed waited 15 minutes for a water. Salad bar was the best part even though the lettuce was brown, dont get the 6oz steak its absolutely trash, mozzarella sticks over cooked all the cheese came out. Beer was cold and the waitress was good but she was the only person working.

This place missed the mark. Ruby Tuesday has always been known for having decent food and a somewhat classy atmosphere. This restaurant's carpet was the filthiest I have seen. Our shoes stuck to the carpet as we walked. It was also visibly dirty. The food was ok. Our server Cati was the highlight of the evening. We enjoyed interacting with her.

If Cat isn’t working, I leave.. unless it’s Greg. For the last few years my friend & stop in for lunch when we are travel through BWI for work. Cat is the best I swear she holds that place together.

We dined at the Linthicum MD location. Our server Cati was amazing! She was very patient and helpful when my RT app & Rewards weren't working. She also suggested the Bourbon BBQ sauce for my ribs and it was delicious! Salad bar was well stocked. Couldn't ask for better service!

I would not recommend this restaurant. This is the second time I have visited this location and something has been wrong with my order. The first time my order was given away to a door dash driver.y most recent visit it took them 45 minutes to prepare my food and the quality of it was terrible. Please pictures below for what they advertised and what I actually received.
