It started with No good mornings in this store. Four working. They finished drive thru drinks first then started mine when I was there 20 minutes waiting before opening outside in my car before going in when it first opened. I raised the issue to the SM. She failed miserably. More training needed. A smile would do it. Very simple.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the surrounding area and service is also reasonably fast and good. In store experience is also good, very clean and quiet place to relax or get some work done.

Ordered breve waited 10’minutes in drive through only to tell me they don’t have half and half to make the damn coffee!! Then refunded me not the full total cause I tipped them for nothing!! WTH is up that a coffee shop doesn’t have Half and half?!

I was there today on 11/25 they have no system and they were only accepting cash, which is fine. My issue was that they couldn’t redeem my birthday coffee, despite the fact that I was willing to show my ID. I believe there should be a way to work better with the customers under this situation.

This Starbucks has a big, open space with high ceilings that welcome you inside. Plenty of seating. Restrooms are among the cleanest we’ve ever seen. WiFi connectivity was more reliable than most. Although this corner, nondescript location isn’t much from the outside, it’s deceptively modern and nice inside. Overflow parking is adequate (limited spaces in front feel tight), but you must cross in front of the drive through lane and cars entering from the road don’t have much space so use caution when walking to and from your vehicle.

Apparently Light Ice means it's not completely full but almost.... They are not busy but nobody cares what the label says it seems. Or reading is not a requirement when being hired. It's all possible these days
