I went to this starbuck and took me 20 mnts for 2 pink drink this is annoying must the starbucks store take too long to make drinks might not be the employees may be dont have enough ppl or we don't know but something wrong 🙃

I visited this Starbucks location on November 22nd at approximately 7:40 AM and unfortunately had a negative experience. While the initial interaction with the first associate was pleasant, he did not seem to fully acknowledge my input regarding my order and continued speaking over me, despite my clear understanding of what I wanted. A second associate then intervened, but her tone and attitude were unprofessional and dismissive. As a former Starbucks employee, I recognized that I was being charged incorrectly, but my concerns were not addressed appropriately. This ultimately led me to leave without completing my purchase. I recommend addressing the customer service skills of the staff to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

I can’t believe the disappointment this morning with the “new“ Clover Vertica coffee maker. The flavor of the coffee was very, very weak. I couldn’t drink the so called coffee and ended up dumping it out. There were grounds at the bottom of the cup. I never had this with the traditional coffee brewing. Afterwards I found a new coffee cafe just a short 5 minute drive to the Main Street in Linthicum: PJ‘s Coffee 504 S Camp Meade Road Linthicum, MD 21090. ❤️ They offer freshly brewed coffee. 👍 I‘m skipping Starbucks and visiting PJ‘s Coffee! They offer other drinks and cakes all with a convenient drive-thru too! 😊

I just went through the drive through today (29 Sep 2024), and ordered two Venti White Mochas. I wasn't certain about coming here again, because last week I went through drive through at the end of the day and my drink tasted like dishwater. Obviously, I'm wasn't happy. However, today I decided to give it another shot. Today was a complete 180. The service was quick, even though I had two cars ahead of me, they were faster than last week. The drive through teller was kind and friendly, even greeted my dog in the back seat. They were out of the cup sleeves, but they double cupped to compensate. Then when I tasted my drink...OMG...it was the best I've had in a LONG time. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I feel much better to be a returning customer.

Spotlessly clean and great service! We actually mistakingly placed our order for another Starbucks and this location was willing to quickly flex to accommodate us.
They were very efficient, courteous and the place was clean.

All employees were very polite and professional. They offered my aunt's service dog (pug) a Pup cup which he ate after we started driving, he wouldn't eat in front of the employees ? The coffee and the caramel crunch frappuccino was delicious with nice crunchy caramel pieces on top with whipped cream.
Parking: There's 2 rows of parking I believe. Front of the store by entrance and a row behind that closest to the street but still several feet from the curb to where the street was. There's a drive thru but when we first pulled in the parking lot we didn't know exactly which place the drive thru was for as there's a food place right in the same building just opposite sides we had to leave go back down the road and make a U turn to pull back in. If you'd prefer to go through the drive thru. If you're facing the building it will be on the right side of the store by the other food place I think Jimmy John's (I could be wrong, 12.5 hours in a car I wasn't paying attention to what was beside where we stopped. Excellent service, very polite and friendly environment. I gotta say y'all have some wonderful employees. The lady at the drive thru window was very kind and when she was getting the pup cup ready she grabbed a couple other employees to come see my aunt's service dog, one of our pugs. The coffee and frappuccino was made perfectly and were the best I've had in a long time.
Kid-friendliness: Not too sure what to put for kid friendliness as we went through the drive thru because we had a 6.5 hour drive home. I saw several parents go inside. With how kind and friendly the employees are I'd bring my own child inside there. It's been a long time since I went to a Starbucks that had a very happy feeling when talking to the employees.

Possibly the worst Starbucks around. Inconsistent coffee. Sometimes it’s good, most times it’s bad. They either use too much creamer or not enough. When asked to remake the man gave me crap about it. Avoid this place.

I placed a mobile order through the app. My husband went inside to get it and he was told it wasn’t ready. A few mins later he asks about it again and he’s told they put it in the drive thru so it sat in the window melting for 5 mins. To top that off, my drink is so gross and there was way too much caramel added to it. I can’t even drink my Frappuccino.
