The past two to times my husband went through the drive through he was treated poorly
First time whole placing his order the person would say after each thing he said is that it is that it, then when his change was to be handed to him she air dropped it over his hand and the coins hit the ground
Second time while our child was in the car the same person was working was very rude during ordering rolled her eyes when he asked for hot sauce when handed the drinks he was placing them in the cup holder and heard a loud throat clearing noise looked up and the lady was holding his bag out the window with two fingers as if she was ready to drop it
My husband said thank you and she shut the window without a word
I gave the food a two due too the lettuce being very wet and clear as if it had been frozen and thawed out
If this person has issues with her job or doesn’t like dealing with people she clearly needs to find something else

I placed an order on the app for drive through pick up. The manager told me over the drive through speaker I could not order in the drive through bc there system is down. I said I already ordered and paid on the app and she refused to give me my order at the drive through window and said I would have to park and come inside. This was not an option for me. I asked why she couldn’t give me the order. She said bc her drive through register is down. I’m not sure why she couldnt just give it to me. She told me I would have to cancel the order. There is no way to cancel an order on the app. So they essentially stole my money. I asked her name she refused to give it to me. I asked who was the general manager or store owner. She refused to provide that information. Horrible customer service.

Its always something with this location. I even tried to call and they are like well what do you want me to do about it. Nothing now because I reported you to the city and headquarters. I hope all yall get fired now. Stale or cold food. Always. I'm only 2.1 miles away. My food shouldn't be cold or Stale! Period. Months of this. This is not new. Also I wish door dash would expand to other taco bells because yours suck. Like rotten eggs swallowed by a dog and passed gas suck! I never hated any company like I hate this location. You can see my previous reviews and see how much I hate the Linthicum tacobell! Hope the food inspector shuts yall down. That's what yoaboun do about it, go home and don't return!

Extremely horrible member at the drive thru window on 8/30/24. She was very rude and ignorant. Other employees usually are nice. Did not purchase meal from this Taco Bell. Drove off.

They have 6 employees working. When you have a special order won't take the time to take your order. Said you have to use the kiosk. That should be my option. Have employees standing around and won't take the time to wait on you. This happened twice both times I walked out. Will NOT go back.

Went in to grab a quick meal and was told I had to use the kiosk to order. There were 6 employees in there and 3 standing around on the phones. If I have to use the kiosk to order, why do they need a job? That was my last trip to this establishment. My next call/email is to the corporate office, but that will probably be an automated call. Unbelievable.

The freshest Taco Bell. Everything is so fresh. No matter what u order its fresh. Every visit for many years.
This is the only Taco Bell i go to. I pass 2 on my way to it. Im about 8 miles from it. No other Taco Bell has been as fresh as this one. Would love to give the cooks 10 stars. Thank u for the amazing fresh food.

Dietary restrictions: Crunchy Tacos are Gluten free. Bowls are also Gluten Free.

Don't come during lunch. Service is absolutely horrendous. Ordered from the kiosk sat down at a table. 20+ minutes go by. Making a long story short, I watched a customer open a bag and then open all the tacos that were in that bag. They gave that customer my and my coworker's lunch. I didn't have any more time to reorder(because all the tacos were handled) I got a refund and left. Something that doesn't make sense also is the fact that I chose dine-in and they put everything in one bag instead of putting it on a tray like they normally do when you dine in. Very disappointed. I've eaten there numerous times and the quality of food is pretty good but the service today absolutely sucked. I will not be returning for lunch ever at this location.

Come here every Tuesday! Crew did good in spring, past few weeks the crew has gotten horrible. They're miserable to be there, rude as anything. A guy stood at counter to order for 10 mins and no one even acknowledged him, so he walked out. A guy before me had to ask 10x for a cup for his order. After waiting 15/20 mins for my mobile order, when there was hardly anyone in the drive thru or dining area, they gave me the strawberry lemonade icee with all yellow and a tiny bit if red. I asked if they could put a little more red in it and they told me to STIR IT UP!! They threw our bag on counter and we're all completely rude the whole staff! Every week we get a nice little paper asking how they did, I requested it and they said they didn't have it. And because it was mobile order I received no receipt. Can't order signed in bc the app doesn't work, hope the owner sees this. Ridiculous!!! Long time every Tuesday customer, change your crews attitude and the way they treat people maybe we'll be back.
