I had an amazing experience at Taco Bell tonight I was never greeted so kind like I was tonight the young women who was working the drive threw the food was absolutely delicious fresh 10/10 I will be coming back very satisfied

I went there tonight before closing and who I believe to be the manager was very nasty. She wore a blue shirt… for starters when I got there they had a truck blocking the drive through knowing the inside was closed. So my sister and I tried speaking with her and asking questions to figure out how to order… she made it seem like there was no way to order until I finally asked if orders could be placed online. So I stated “why didn’t you just say that” and after that things just went left… I really hope she wasn’t the shift’s manager. Someone with such a nasty attitude shouldn’t be leading anyone in any environment. I backed into the drive way and my order was taken by a very sweet woman.

Showed up an hour before closing the drive-through is blocked by the service truck doing deliveries lady at the window tells me I cannot make an order at the window. We’re closed. I only went to the window because she took a guy order five minutes before me and told me we’re closed.

When I tell you I wish I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service from the manager down to the employees is horrible. I can’t believe it !! I asked for a slushy mixed with Baja blast and dragon fruit they said they couldn’t when I just came the day before and got what I asked for! I mean they talk to you without any professionalism. The aura here is very unwelcoming.

I don’t think I’ve had an experience like this at any of the Taco Bell’s I’ve went to. First off, I ordered 2 chalupa boxes and 2 Doritos locos tacos. Baja blast no ice. The Baja blast came out with ice. Which wasn’t a big deal. When I got the full order I didn’t check the boxes. (definitely my fault) Only after did I notice I got chicken chalupas, instead of beef. So talking with the manager about fast food semantics, and how this location didn’t ask if you’d want the choice of steak, beef, chicken chalupas, I asked if I could just bring them back, to which she stated, no we don’t do that because I didn’t ask before hand for either or, at that point I was done. I was only around the corner, it literally was less than 5 minutes after I got my meal. I just thought this was bad management and someone should know.

This taco bell is garbage. They got my order correct but literally just threw everything in the bag so when I got my order it was a huge mess and everything was falling apart And it was cold.

I came to eat here after a long day of work and asked the employee if I can use the bathroom since is locked and it looks like they don't have enough employees because I had to wait 20 to use bathroom. After I finally used the bathroom I said to myself this will be a store I will never come to again, I just don't know why they will have the bathrooms loked if they don't have enough employees or they just don't care if you use it or not.
