No "courtesy cups" at this Subway location for tap water because, according to the owner, too many people have stolen from him? So, folks now steal tap water and little plastic cups from that Subway location? Maybe, because this Subway is inside a Walmart?

The worker charged me extra for a slice of cheese when she only gave me two to begin with .. and they don’t make the white macadamia nut cookies right, they were hard and stale or made with the wrong batter .. I get those cookies all the time from other locations but this time they were awful. Very

The 2 ladies working in the restaurant 2/16/2023 are nasty and disrespect customers. The shorter heavy set lady throws around customers food and has poor customer relationship training. The other lady allows the heavyset lady to do and say what she wants to customers. These ladies disrespect customers by talking about them in a foreign language and poorly preparing their food.I miss the previous owners. The bread and food was always fresh and presented in a nice way. These new owners use old lettuce bad tomatoes, and sloppily throw sandwiches together. I asked for more onions and geap of onions was thrown on my sandwich. I asked the lady to label my subs with American cheese and provolone cheese. This nasty lady looked at me like I was crazy and failed to finish wrapping my sandwich. She threw it in my bag unwrapped. VERY NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL FOREIGN LADY.DON'T get food there. They are hateful and clearly have a problem with certain races of people. The food is poorly handled.

I did not like this location. I made an order through the app & it charged me for the order. But in the app it never completed or finalized my order for pickup yet it still charged me. So upon arrriving to the location I let the team member know what happened & she was of no help. She was rude & tried to make it seem as though I was lying even though I showed proof that it did in deed charge me. I understand people lie all the time, but you can’t assume that everyone is lying. I was showing actual proof that it charged me but the lady didn’t care. & when I asked for the manager, she tried to act like she didn’t know what I was saying. Luckily I can dispute this charge with my bank.I will not be using the app & will not be going to this location ever again. I prefer the location on 6900 Dogwood rd anyways.

Checkers is already low on my list, and tbh if it weren't for the fries, I wouldn't ever eat here. After my experience today, I won't ever eat at this location again, and other locations are in jeopardy.I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. Something told me to just cook something at home, but I got the #6 anyway. The chicken wasn't cooked. I couldn't even bite into it, and it wasn't even worth getting another one. I was so disappointed I should have marched up to the window to show them, but I didn't even want a redo. Crazy that my first review in some time is one of disgust.

Very rude telling me to WAIT OUTSIDE after placing a mobile order. Dispite there being no customers in store and I was wearing mask. Gives me no chance to speak about my order or watch prep. The women making sandwiches was rude and abrupt to me not even giving me a chance to let her know something about order. If I did not work across the street I would not be returning.
