I'm so incredibly disappointed. I came here on a special date with my daughter. Google says they are open until 7. Arrived at 5:15. Lobby was closed. Drive thru only. So we got in the car and got in the drive thru line. Turns out they have NO DONUTS. what in the world. Dunkin donuts had no donuts . I feel like they owe me some gas money.

They close the inside very early, drive thru is still open for a while after but never had any issues it's good ?
Finally a good cup of coffee. So many Dunkin are very inconsistent... This Dunkin knows how to make a cup of coffee.

Pleasantly surprised to find that this Dunkin Donuts location has a meeting room! You can speak to the manager to use/reserve the room. I was traveling this week, desperate to find a place to crash for the day with WIFI so I could get my work done. The staff at DD graciously let me use this meeting room each day and the WIFI was great. Ordered many coffees, meals, etc. during my multi-day stay and everything was delicious and as ordered. The staff were all friendly, the place is very clean, overall a really great DD experience. If you are looking for a coffee shop with WIFI to work out of, I would suggest this one.

I go through the drive-thru this afternoon. I placed my order through the app at 1:03. My entire order wasn't ready yet when I arrived at the window, but the Gatorade and doughnuts were. I was asked to pull up to the white lines, which is fine. I looked into the bag and checked the doughnuts. I ordered the Smores doughnut in addition to my son's usual doughnuts. My son is allergic to all nuts. In the description, it doesn't state that there are nuts in the Smores doughnut, but when I saw it, some of the chunks look like nuts. So, when the lady came with the rest of our order, I asked her if the Smores doughnut had nuts. She said she's not sure, but she thinks there are. So, I asked her to please double check. This whole time, I was nothing but polite. My sister works in the food service industry, so I always make sure I'm nice and polite. Well, this lady gave me an attitude the whole time. I get it. Maybe I should have asked at the window. But the description says none. However, the chocolate chunks look like nuts. Was it wrong of me to double-check? I never had an attitude, yet I was given an attitude just because I had questions? What kind of customer service is that??? I feel like maybe I should have had an attitude myself since I got it anyway, even after being nice and polite.

Hard to believe but they were sold out if donuts I wanted but staff was friendly and recommended mini donutholes in lieu of, which was fine. They even gave us extra to make up for order not being as we wanted.
