They never hand out napkins, and never stir their drinks. Most of the time they fill the drinks so full you can’t even take the lid off to stir it without getting it all over your car. The staff is so friendly and they’re very quick, it would just be nice to be able to drink my tea on the go without having to pull over and pour some of it out so I can stir it first.

I’m sorry to have to leave a review, but our order was completely different than we had originally ordered. We asked for a Large Hot coffee with hazelnut creamer and sugar. They put nothing in it, no flavor and it was burnt. As well we asked for two Sour dough breakfast sandwiches, requested that one came with sausage. When we had gotten our order and checked the sandwiches they both had bacon. This would have been fine, we didn’t have any problem with getting a new sandwich. The issue was when lady at the front counter said that we “lied” about the order and it was what we asked for. The manager was very kind, but for the lady at the counter to say we lied about that is weird. We didn’t say “Bacon, Bacon”. Feels to us like our order was completely disregarded from the beginning.

Second time I’ve been to DD at Lothian and got the same rude, inconsiderate woman waiting on me at the call box. I’m thinking of never going back there. I complained once before and no one contacted me or said anything about dealing with the rude waitress.
I tipped the sweet person at the window.
