Second time I’ve been to DD at Lothian and got the same rude, inconsiderate woman waiting on me at the call box. I’m thinking of never going back there. I complained once before and no one contacted me or said anything about dealing with the rude waitress.
I tipped the sweet person at the window.

this is THE best dunkin’ donuts we’ve tried, hands down!! they get our order right every single time (which admittedly dunkin isn’t known for at other locations) & have consistently great service. keep up the great work :)

I ordered on the mobile app. My order was ready when I went to pick it up. Both of my iced coffees were perfect!
I came here and had the worst service I've had in a long time. I ended up just leaving because the girl taking my order couldn't figure out how to use the computer. The rest of the staff just watched as 4 of us wanted to place an order. I felt bad for the girl struggling.

This Dunkin' is definitely one of the best managed stores I have run across. We have a standing order each week for 5 dozen donuts on a Friday. Chrissy the store manager is amazing and always has them ready for me when I arrive. The only time they weren't ready was when Chrissy was not there and I was told I'd have to order a day in advance. Totally not true!! I can't speak highly enough about her and the staff. Always gracious and quick to help. This is a very high volume store as well and they do a wonderful job of being helpful to the customers. I will continue to patronize this location as long as Chrissy Thomas is the manager, she deserves a bonus or a raise!!

More often than not things are missing from my mobile orders. It wouldn't be so bothersome if it wasn't the simplest part of the orders that was missing every time. It's always something premade like a donut or even a prepackaged treat that's left out of an order with a food item and a drink. The primary reason to order ahead with the mobile app is to save time in mornings when people are on their way to work. It's particularly frustrating to be held up routinely by something as simple as wrapping up a donut and dropping it in the bag. I have no gripe if the situation indicates that this dunkin location may be out of a particular item that was ordered. However, in the event of something like that occurring it can be quickly remedied with clear communication from staff.
