Absolutely disgusting. Tables and bathroom covered in filth, rat trap out in the open, food was meh, heard staff being screamed at by a manager? Was loud enough to hear from the back to the dining area. Again who im assuming is the manager acts completely unprofessional when i complained to her.

I have visited this location several times since opening and every experience has been great! Last night was super busier then usual and had to wait a little longer but was worth the wait! The girls at the front counter were very busy yet still smiling and respectful.

I very rarely leave a full on bad review, but this time I have to.I understand that this Ledos location is fairly new, but it was by far the worst experience I have had at one of their establishments. I ordered online and got a time to pick up. My order wasn't ready and there were several people also waiting for pick up orders. People were sitting at tables waiting for service not knowing they had to order at the counter. Finally someone asked and they told the others. Some people just walked out. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to ask about my order, which apparently was sitting on the shelf and no one said anything. To top it off, when I got home, items were missing. Not worth going back to get them at this point.
