Same rude lady in the Jaime LopezWe were coming from working all day since 7 in the morningIt was 8:30 PMA crew of 7 people. We all ordered 7 foot long in totalWhen it was time of my sandwich this lady had wrapped without any sauce, because she said I was talking to the other guysInstead of asking me what sauces I wantSecond: I went to the bathroom, it was locked. I asked this lady to give me the key, she said the bathroom was cleaned and if I used it I will have to clean it. I told her, the bathroom is intended for its purpose and it will be never be hundred percent cleanShe denied the bathroomTry to call subway customer service, i have tried to call store manager, they don’t have nobodyThis lady should not be serving food for people, she treats customers like pigs. No customer service skills. No educationMaking sandwiches shouldn’t be enough for them to hire someone. Customers deserve respect

Used to buy here all the time. Now the owner greedy. No coupons from Subway are accepted here!! Very small amount veggies and meat unless you pay for Extras...Worthless and they don't speak English....

This place has the worse customer service in the area, I stop by to eat and this woman that they call la mamá, was having actitud to serve the food and I asked why she had attitude and said that she was too busy serving the food. I told her that she need to leave the bad actitud in home and she started to say bad words to me and as I was leaving the place I her she said your fxxxx Mother in spanish. Not coming back here again.

Waited for 4 minutes while in the store and it was only myself. He was so into making an online order, he didn't see me enter. He basically said he would be with me shortly after he finished his last sandwich and he did not. I had to say something to him and even began to walk out before he stopped to do what I needed and that was, serve me. He was lazy and didn't want to go back to retrieve what was needed to be refilled so I threatened to leave again. The only reason why I remained after waiting was because my best friend and daughter also wanted a sub. We got 3 sandwiches and I made up in my mind while there, I will not support that location again.

We go to this location quite often and it is by far the best location and it's super close as well. The staff is always super kind, whenever we order online it's always ready right when we get there, the food is always very good and the sandwiches always made nice and the store is always clean. Love this location! It's WAY better than the location in Dunkirk.
