Very cute winery and great wine!

Delicious wines. Bring someone else and get two flights and you'll definitely find a few wines you'll want to buy bottles of to bring home.

I recently attended the Maryland Home and Garden show atTimonium Fairgrounds and I purchased 1 bottle of Green Apple wine. Sadly I was disappointed. It didn’t taste as strong as the sample at the fairground. It was watered down 🙁

Do not be deterred by the private looking entrance!! The tasting room is perfectly cozy, and the wine tasting selections are literally 13 / 10

Small winery. We sat out front in their shaded yard and had some nice flights. They have a large selection of sweet wines and ports. Note, I only took a picture of my table in the parking lot because the porch was occupied.

A “must-do” experience when in Solomon’s Island!!

Nestled off the beaten path, be sure to keep your eyes open or you will pass the entrance (just like we did!!!)… make sure to say hi to Kristen and indulge on the wine sampling… we did the 10 for $8 tasting flight. To our surprise , it was an amazing, wonderfully aromatic & flavorful selection of sweet, semi-sweet and dessert wines so much we purchased a case to take home as a souvenir from our day of enjoyment in Solomon’s Island, MD. They also have other whites & reds, but just like my girlfriend, I love the sweets!!

Went to Wine in the Woods where this winery participated. Waited in one of the 7 or so lines for about 15 minutes, only to be told by the group in front of mine that the person serving them just left without a saying word and they were currently being ignored by the staff.

They barely managed to get one of the staff members to pour them some of the wines - an older woman with attitude who was serving one line. They left. We moved up.

Both the gentleman who was serving at least three lines already and the older woman who was serving one, ignored us. I got the gentleman's attention who said he couldn't help (which was understandable, he was working an entire side of their tent by himself!) He told us it was up to the woman. She of course ignored us, and when we asked her, she again claimed that the line of people was not a line. The group that she was serving even vouched for our line asking her how could the line of people
who were being served up till 5 minutes ago, not be a line? She had no comment but was angry that people were were pointing out the absurdity of the situation. She again, reluctantly poured our group two wines without a word and then kept on ignoring us while the people in the other line kept supported our line. We ended up leaving.

It should also be mentioned that there were two women on our side of the tent working one line each. Again, the gentleman was working 3.

There was one staff member at the register, one eating (lunch), and another older guy pretending to be busy by walking around the boxes of wine. It was clear he had nothing to do and was trying to look busy.

No one wanted to rectify the situation. The strategy was to ignore, be rude and try to avoid eye contact with everyone in our line. Meanwhile our line was still growing. We informed as many people as we could to get in another line as we left.

There's no way I'd support a company that can't even take the initiative to apologize for the confusion, can't use words to explain that they need to (presumably) take a break to the group that was waiting to be served before disappearing, or figure out what to do with a bunch of people unaware that they were waiting in a line going nowhere.

My suggestion - if festivals aren't your thing, then don't participate.

The coolest people and winery I've ever been too. Will be back

Cute little place!!

Not really a winery but the sweet and dessert wines are excellent and priced fairly. Definitely buy the Groupon! Would love to come back soon.

Great wine and great price, but very small and no ambiance. It feels like you are pulling up to someone’s house, but don’t let that stop you. You can taste 4 wines for free! Or you can taste 10 wines for $5. Their wine selection is so extensive and diverse that I recommend paying the $5. In each category of wine you will find a bottle you will want to take home and they offer discounts based on the number of bottles. No food on site, but you can bring in your own. They are super nice and friendly. This winery is well worth the trip. Hopefully they get the opportunity to expand to a nicer venue in the future.
