Had problems with the order one Sunday morning. Was in a rush and couldn't get it ficlxed. Contacted the corporate... corporate sucks. BUT...got contacted by a manager this morning. Kelvin Simmons. He could not reimburse through the app. I sent him a photo of the receipt and he PERSONALLY sent me a refund through a cash app. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I absolutely love Dunkin and used to only love this location but after today, I probably will not step in there for awhile. Today while I was in class, my mother had me put in a mobile order on the dunkin’ app so she could get me an iced coffee. I placed my order and scheduled it for 10:45. I also put an order of iced tea for her because I had points to use for a free tea. However, my mother had told me that when she went there, my iced coffee nor her tea were not at the counter...
This Dunkin had been the go to for the family for over a year. Always great employees. Food is good for breakfast and brunch. Donuts always fresh. Drink assortment of great. The Baskin Robin's is also a hit for ice cream and desserts. The premade cakes let your forget small events and still have sweet treats.
