I love ledo's. But lately my orders haven't been right. Somebody not reading the orders right. Maybe some else should make sure it's right b4 it goes out especially the sandwiches and subs. I definitely checking myself for now. At one point y didn't have to it was always right. Disappointed..

We had the pizza, the wings, and the steak and cheese sub and our service from Hope was absolutely wonderful. Everything was delicious.

Service definitely needs improvement. Server walked by our table several times and noted “I will be right with you”. Restaurant had plenty of open tables for a Friday night, 2 servers working. Server continued to chat with co-worker, walk past our table unnoticed etc … In the meantime, another table sat after us received their appetizer and pizza before our dinner arrived. Finally after approximately 10 minutes, server arrives at the table. We gave entire order since we didn’t know how long it would take for her return. Approximately 20 minutes later my husbands dinner arrives, my dinner did not. The server did come by 1 time during this wait period to say the pizza would be out shortly- 20 minutes later still no pizza. During the wait period, the server cleaned a table behind us and was overheard saying she was on break at 6:30. Given that is was 6:35 and she was no where to be found, I went to the front and asked to speak with the manager. The manager apologized and said my pizza would be out in 1 minute. I told her cancel the order, my husband had finished his meal and we would just request the check. Server still not on the floor. Finally server appeared with check and pizza. We have frequented this establishment almost weekly in the past 2 years. Service over the last 6-8 months has really changed. Plan on a long wait for service and food if you plan to eat here. We are taking a break in hopes that service will improve.

Food is very good, people behind the counter are nice, but food is NEVER on time. Add an extra 20min to your quoted time, if not more. Also make sure to always request extra sauce.

Most of the food was great. However the pasta in the spaghetti was weird,kinda like playdough...
Sat for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant before server took our drink order. Sat for another 10 minutes while server took drink and food orders for two tables that came in 10-15 minutes after us. 20 minutes sitting in an almost empty restaurant without taking our order. Left and server didn't seem to understand why.

The manager on Tuesday 10/8/24 was very rude. Placed a to go order at 5 pm but wanted drinks while waiting for food. Took 25 minutes to get 4 drinks after asking 3 times She said they were busy...they had 6 people at 3 tables. Took 45 minutes for our order to be ready. Will never go back if this is the attitude and services they offer!!!

I usually never have any problems with this ledos. But tonight I got home just to realize I only was give 5 out of the 6 wings I ordered. I’m not really sure how no one noticed that it was missing a wing, I assume they didn’t care enough to make another wing for my order.
