Walked in to place an order, I did get greeted after standing at the register for a while. Employee was solo making drinks that went on for some time…. Seems like mobile orders take precedence over walk-ins. I left in went elsewhere

I’m really disappointed, I ordered a Venti this is what I get. This has happened on multiple occasions. I am paying for a Venti that’s kind of what I expect, not a Grande amount in a Venti cup.

It’s definitely the staff that makes this location my favorite. Even when it is crazy busy in there they still go out of their way for you.
I want commend the staff at the Lusby Starbucks in MD. They are nicest staff I have ever come across. They remember your name if you are a repeat customer and they always make you feel welcomed and don't push you out the door if you stay a little longer than normal.
