They rarely get the regular cold foam right but this is what I got when I decided to test my luck ordering extra cold foam. I would recommend just doing regular or asking for it to be added when you get there for your mobile pick up. To be clear I asked for a grande in a venti cup to accommodate for the extra cold foam and this is what I received.
Update: having to knock it down to two stars because this time they just didn’t include cold foam at all -___-

Walked in to place an order, I did get greeted after standing at the register for a while. Employee was solo making drinks that went on for some time…. Seems like mobile orders take precedence over walk-ins. I left in went elsewhere

I’m really disappointed, I ordered a Venti this is what I get. This has happened on multiple occasions. I am paying for a Venti that’s kind of what I expect, not a Grande amount in a Venti cup.
