Literally the slowest service and the drinks don't compare to any other location. Came in to get Christmas cups, gift cards, and drinks and waited 10 minutes in line while 6 people were nonchalantly "working" behind the counter. The lobby was nearly empty but when I made it to the register I still had to wait while they chatted. I added a tip in good faith and to share some holiday cheer ... just to be disappointed. I taste my drink and it tastes like hot water with froth. I ordered a hot chai.

Don’t you love getting charged for a grande with three pumps of hazelnut syrup when you clearly repeat venti twice on your drink afternoon ruined I don’t normally get Starbucks and actually found something I enjoyed because I became recently vegan might as well call this place the Taco Bell in Solomon’

Slowest location I’ve ever been to. I placed an online order at 6:58 for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I never received my sandwich after waiting for over 30 minutes but yet countless people who came in after me received theirs.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. I drive out of my way to visit this one. My drink is always right and made quickly, and the employees are the best around. I live in another county and this one is so much better than any of the many, many locations inside my own county. I've never enjoyed visiting another coffee shop anywhere as much as I enjoy the friendliness, politeness, and pleasant conversations with wonderful employees and patrons that I experience at Lusby.

Best one around!! Everyone who works there in the morning is always friendly even though it's early!!! There are two closer to me but i’d rather drive the extra ten mins to come here, keep up the dope service ^_^

I was distressed to see some negative reviews of this establishment and felt a need to correct the record. The Lusby Starbucks ranks among the finest culinary experiences western civilisation has to offer. The baked goods are simply out of this world: fresh, delectable creations that bear scant resemblance to traditional mass market coffee shop fare. The refreshing coffees, teas and juices prepared by this cafe come in such a wide range of flavours and styles that even the most discerning palate will find something that delights. The decor is a playful twist on the usual strip mall interiors we've all come to expect of Starbucks, improving on the usual approach with personal touches like hand-painted signs that say things like "coffee" (a knowing, meta wink to us cognoscenti) and the can't-miss Lusby community board. Something I dislike about many Starbucks is their myopic focus on cleanliness at the expense of personality. Suffice it to say that the Lusby location does not fall into this trap!And the staff. OMG. One hesitates to use a cheap and pedestrian term like "staff" when describing such a talented ensemble of sophisticated baristas. This amazing squad is friendly, attentive and thoughtful to the point of turning any visit into a deeply spiritual experience. On my first visit, I asked the young woman behind the counter what she would recommend for an iced coffee drink. And she responded, "I don't know, dude." How absolutely, utterly on target an answer, on so many deeply philosophical levels! Indeed, how can any of us really claim to know anything, in a world we can never truly see objectively? And if we cannot claim to know anything, how utterly hubristic it is to attempt to recommend anything, to anyone! This young lady's answer opened my eyes to a new understanding of the universe. I challenge anyone to visit the Lusby Starbucks and not walk away with a sense of profound emotional restoration.

Small place with open type sit down. Only one Barrista and a cashier. I don't know if others sitting down had ordered and sat back down and/or there are carryout orders to fill but it took quite a bit to get my drink. Patrons outside (3-5) and inside but not crowded. No name requested so not busy. Their Mocho Cookie Crisp/Chip Frapp is yum and better made than some my nephew brings me home as the ice was fully whipped without large chunk(s) at the bottom forcing me to wiggle the straw around to find a place that the straw functions inside bottom. First time inside and first time to know some of store. Only had carry out before this visit.Parking: Shopping centerWheelchair accessibility: Lowered curbs and handicap parking with van accessible allowing for chairs to be maneuvered.
