We dine here often. Number one is the owner. She makes the experience, period. Great people, healthy food, great service, honest prices. We trust this location more than any restaurant for miles. Very consistent quality. Our family says this often: nobody in this area offers nearly as much value for the money. We are considering moving, and we will miss this location and Maria!

Baja fresh is a good place to have Mexican food and I must say it is very tasty. They have a really great salsa bar also.
Good fast casual take out Mexican food. Quality is consistent and app makes ordering easy and fast. Also like the salsa bar. Each order comes small bag of chips that's enough to satisfy craving for chips.

My granddaughter and I have beautiful steak tacos here every Tuesday. The carne patilla fue muy bueno.Parking: It’s located in a two story strip mall near the elevator. There’s an advanced radiology next door. So, there’s rarely a problem with parking.Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter just turned seven. She very much enjoys getting the salsas and drinks as well as chips for us.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp and an elevator

Twice now I have received emails with a coupon from the corporation for being a rewards member. Both times there has been an ordeal with the store /employees/manager giving the discount. While they have ended up eventually honoring the discounts they give the feeling that they'd rather not and cause an inconvenience in hopes you'll say forget it and pay full price.

As our local Baja Fresh closed about ten years ago, we now frequent the Timonium location a lot. Our commute to get to this location is about 40 minutes. We order two burrito Mexicanos every time. One for our kid, who cannot eat it all and one that my husband and I split. We always request cutting them in half to make it easier for us to handle. We used to request for one to be put on a separate plate as well, (just for one of the burritos). It was never a problem until recently when the female night manager handed my husband paper trays to use because, I’m assuming they want to save the plastic take out plates. Tonight she said they wouldn’t be handing out the paper plates anymore because of cost - (her words). We only required one paper plate lol. We have been loyal patrons of Baja Fresh for many many years. During COVID, we would make the drive and call in our order and we helped keep the place in business. Sadly though, I felt the need to write this review tonight because we feel disrespected by the female night manager. Not only does she not want to give us an extra plate, but she made a comment when my husband got us drink refills. Keep in mind that several of their locations have closed. You’d think they want to keep their customers. It’s $40 plus dollars for two burritos and three drinks. I feel like she’s taking it personal that we ask for an extra plate…. Give me a break!
