Horrible customer service. I wanted the Lava Colada and they told me they didn't have anymore at 5pm just because they didn't feel like making it. Very lazy and unprofessional. Service really sucks.

Teach your employees how to make the Cappucino Blast or take it off the menu, it's annoying when it's a gamble if the people working there know how to make it or not when you go. It has ice and the cappucino mix which gives it a stronger coffee flavor and a slightly slushy texture. This is a problem at other BRs too where it's wildly inconsistent

Got an ice cream cake very fresh and good quality made with love got baseball nut flavor with confetti cake and vanilla ice cream for the base coat instead of Cool Whip. They did a great job delicious

Didn't realize it was a 48 hour advanced notice for ice cream cakes and was out of town for my wife's birthday. I called and Madison was kind enough to see if they had the type of cake I wanted and then held it for my wife to pick up the next day without even taking payment until she came in. Kid-friendliness: The staff is great with the kids and all there indecisiveness. And they made my order quick and delicious.
Angie and Katie were extremely patient and made our not frequent enough trip to Baskin Robbins really nice! Family loved the ice cream and we definitely have a new favorite shop!

My husband got an ice cream sundae to go and brought me home a milkshake. I haven't had a milkshake in forever and was really disappointed in this one. It was only slightly cold and very thin and watery. The worst milkshake I can remember having and that is saying a lot for an ice cream shop. We live only about 1/4 mile from this BR. so melting was not the issue. Total waste of money.
