We were there for a birthday dinner. The reservation was ready with no wait. The service however was really disappointing. Our appetizer never came, as we received our food first, the waitress asked if we still wanted it as she hadn't noticed it wasn't delivered before. Our wine was not delivered until we asked a second time. The manager did give us 1/2 off the bottle of wine, which was appropriate for the poor service.
Great, quiet meal. Would have loved a nod to our anniversary which I noted on the open table reservation, but wasn't noted. Usually a place will at least acknowledge it! Was our 25th anniversary that day. :) Good meal, very nice server and very attentive.
I love this restaurant. Whether dinning in or carry out . Last night the service was completely off. 2 waitresses with completely different attitudes. The first acted like she was doing us a favor. The second one was pleasant and constantly clearing up the mistakes that her partner did. Drinks took 40 minutes . My husband only drinks water. Of course water was hard to find .
