This location is much improved since new management took over. The food is fresh, tasty and overall just good! The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. It is often very busy, but that tells you something about the store. GO CHECK IT OUT!
I will never go back here! The “customer service” was laughable. I had never been to a cava before and it came highly recommended. Not this one. The person at the counter looked annoyed that I was even there. The proteins looked like they had been there since yesterday. I ended up just throwing my food away because of the smell in my car! I should have just walked out! I am so disappointed, I will try cava again but NEVER this location!!!!!
Food is good, but the service is horrible! The staff barely speak, take no initiative, are sullen and grumpy. I mean they could be more unwelcoming, but only barely. They need help.
