Would avoid this location. They gave me half a scoop of chicken. Never had this experienced before. And when I asked them to put a bit more just so it fulfills a scoop, the server just looked at me all dumbfounded. Very disappointing experience.

Do you like small portions and being rushed through an order line like cattle? Then this is the place for you. The meat they give you is half fat and gristle, and they won't fix it if you ask them. They don't respond via the contact us link on their website either. I've reported an issue before when I was charged for guacamole I didn't ask for and didn't receive and never heard back.

This is the best and most efficient chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, organized, and the staff are well trained and have great customer service. Gio & Carlos are super friendly and personable and made my experience even more enjoyable, they both deserve a raise!!

WORST CHIPOLTE IN BALTIMORE COUNTY!
Carlos was rude to me and yelled at his new employee for mixing my burrito. Carlos ran over and stated “yeah we don’t mix burritos here.” I said, “mix burritos where?” Carlos stated, “WE DONT’ MIX BURRITOS AT MY STORE!” Very abrupt, rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional, etc. I grew up going to this location and grew up in Lutherville and because of Carlos I will never come back to this location.
