This is the best chipotle in the area by far. I used to frequent the newer Cockeysville location with the chipotlane, and recently they have gotten much worse. Tonight, I came to this one instead, and I was very glad I did. This is definitely going to be my new location because the portion sizes and the service are amazing. It’s also huge and has tons of indoor and outdoor seating.

This location is great. The food has always been fresh and perfectly seasoned. Not too spicy or salty. Kid loves it. Service is fast and well coordinated.
Would avoid this location. They gave me half a scoop of chicken. Never had this experienced before. And when I asked them to put a bit more just so it fulfills a scoop, the server just looked at me all dumbfounded. Very disappointing experience.

Do you like small portions and being rushed through an order line like cattle? Then this is the place for you. The meat they give you is half fat and gristle, and they won't fix it if you ask them. They don't respond via the contact us link on their website either. I've reported an issue before when I was charged for guacamole I didn't ask for and didn't receive and never heard back.
