I use to love this Dunkin location until I started getting begged for a dollar at the front door 11am in the morning and then an attitude by the homeless person because I didn’t have cash on me 😂

Greeted with a smile and they has some of the cutest donuts decorated for Halloween! Friendly employees and very clean. Only thing that could make this store better would be a drive thru. However, definitely worthwhile to walk in.

Tried to order ONE donut. Guy behind me orders FIFTY, and they do his order first. Guess what? He took all of the one I wanted to get. They offered a refund that only worked with swiping a card but I only have tap to pay, so I left without the donut or the money.

I live near this store and I’d really like to give it a better review but more often than not I find their food products to be stale. I keep trying - hoping things change - but they almost always disappoint.

Unfortunately, I always have a bad experience here.
First, I ask for an egg and cheese bagel on a plain bagel and the cashier nods, puts it in the system, and states my total. I then proceed to pay. Right after I pay she says “oh we actually don’t have plain bagels”.
Another time I asked for a large chai latte and was given a medium with my name on it. The cashier seemed impatient so I just let it go and took the medium.
Another time I asked for a chai tea latte with sugar free vanilla sweetener and was instead given a chai latte with double the vanilla and chai essentially tripling the sugar content.
Twice I was given an egg and cheese on a stale bagel making it very chewy and not appetizing.
I was trying to give them some grace but I will not be going to this Dunkin anymore.
Fast service and coffee was reasonably priced and delicious. Plenty of parking too.

I go to the cockeysville Dunkin EVERYDAY nd get the same drink for 2.97 EVERYDAY (double shot espresso over ice). I went to this store today cause I was running late, the manager at this store tried to charge me $4.47 talking about she gotta charge for ice and cup. Straight up scammer!! I would not trust this store! Someone needs to look into this manager asap!
