This evening I ordered two cheesesteak subs on line and paid with my card. When I arrived at the store, the young lady behind the counter ignored my while she talked to someone on her cellphone. After about five minutes, the store phone rang, she picked it up and placed that person on hold, telling me she'd be with me in a minute. After she finished her cellphone call, she picked up the phone and proceeded to take a long complicated order while I stood and waited.
Mine was an online, paid order. If she had asked me if I had ordered ahead, she could have simply turned, grabbed my food, and sent me on my way.
After waiting approximately ten minutes, she finally got the young lady who was waiting tables to help me. I told her my name and she grabbed a bag that had been sitting there since I walked in and gave it to me. By the time I got home, I had two room temperature sandwiches.
They have just lost a customer.

My family and I used to come to this restaurant for over 3 years, but today what happened was unacceptable. My husband placed an order for takeout through the app and PAID using our credit card (not only paid but also left a nice tip as we always do). When I went to pick up my food, I was called out by a worker who said I needed to pay for my food. This was so embarrassing, so I called my husband and he said the order was already paid, so I opened my email to show them the recipe, as well as my credit card statement. The lady asked this Hispanic guy who treated me like I WAS LYING about paying and saying that HE spoke to my husband. I tried to tell them my husband did not call the restaurant, he used the app and paid for the food plus tip. No one tried to at least look at the recipe I had, but instead they kept telling me their system showed I had to pay for it. This was humiliating and I’ll never go back there. Please figure it out your system and do not treat costumes like trash. This is the worst place ever!

Food is always amazing no matter the dish although my favorite is the cheesesteak sub and the specialty pizzas. Customer service is always great too which is another plus!
My family goes to Il Basilico regularly- at least every 7-10 days. The servers are kind and helpful and the food is very good. It is what brings us back. The condition of the restaurant is the pits. The Ladies bathroom has been in need of service for months. One stall has been closed for a YEAR. The other has had a broken door that will not stay closed for a YEAR. The men"s room has had several leaks that, thankfully, a cook has been able to fix to keep the water flooding to a minimum. The lights on the one side of the restaurant have been broken for a couple months. When these issues are raised to the manager, a lovely woman, she states that she will tell the owner. When I check back, I’m told the owner has been notified. The owner of the restaurant needs to invest some time and money into the restaurant so that loyal customers can actually enjoy their meals.
Great sandwiches on homemade focaccio bread. Friendly staff. They even let my dog sit with us at the outdoor seating.

Ordered take out to try to fina a great Stromboli. This is the best Stromboli ever! They even look beautiful! Also super nice people! Can't wait to dine in here sometime with my family. We are always on the go but we are going to make time to eat in!

I had a bad experience with the man at the register the other day. I don't know where the one woman went she is usually is here she is great. If i recall her name was arden. I am now not coming back here as I don't go to restaurants that have rude customer service.
