My husband & I walked into this location on 8/21 @ 4:30. There were 3 employees working. We were never acknowledged. They continued their conversation with not even a hello. We walked up to the counter when another couple walked in behind us. They immediately stopped what they were doing and greeted that couple. They asked them if they had a pick up order. The other couple stated no. The employees then went back to talking to each other and still didn’t acknowledge us. My husband and I stood there for 2-3 minutes and still no acknowledgment. We started to walk away and still no interaction from the employees. That is simply unacceptable.

I was at this location on Thursday July 3 2025 approximately 1:30-1:40 pm 2 young ladies were above average their skill, efficiency, speed and customer engagement were above average the teamwork between the 2 was also above average one young lady was white the other black with a cute short blonde curly haircut. I ordered a turkey and Swiss on rosemary Parm it was perfect. The restaurant was neat and clean I was acknowledged as soon as I entered. I have given you enough details so you can identify these great employees for recognition.

Ordering delivery is no go, they’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times and their phone doesn’t work so you can’t even call for help to get it fixed. So if your hoping to have a sub from them delivered to you while your working- all I can say is good luck with that

Wed 6/18 - The manager, or whoever was conducting the team behind the counter was extremely attentive and I greatly appreciate that level of service. Subs are good, it’s a chain but a good one.

I've been going to Jersey Mike's in Timonium for years. The subs are pricey, but when you want the real thing, it's worth it. Today however, I got home to find that my Jersey Mike's cheese steak looked more like a Subway Sub. About 1/3 the meat that I am used to. I don't know if this was fluke or if this is the new standard for Jersey Mike's, but I'm not sure if I'm going to risk paying almost $20 for a cheese steak and wind up with a $5 footlong again.

The People was friendly. Service was great but the cashier beat me for $10 didn’t give me a receipt and it was 145 April 23 so management want to go back and look at the cameras they’ll see.

We placed our order at 12:50pm the website said it would be ready by 1:09 we waited in the store until 1:45 for our order. While the store was busy every person that came into the store and stood in line got served far before us. At this point the one sub that was supposed to be warm is now cold. No hair nets were being worn and there was no organization to how things were being run.
