I've been going to Jersey Mike's in Timonium for years. The subs are pricey, but when you want the real thing, it's worth it. Today however, I got home to find that my Jersey Mike's cheese steak looked more like a Subway Sub. About 1/3 the meat that I am used to. I don't know if this was fluke or if this is the new standard for Jersey Mike's, but I'm not sure if I'm going to risk paying almost $20 for a cheese steak and wind up with a $5 footlong again.

The People was friendly. Service was great but the cashier beat me for $10 didn’t give me a receipt and it was 145 April 23 so management want to go back and look at the cameras they’ll see.

The turkey and ham are sliced right before they make the sandwich, and the bacon is always crispy. I don’t like many fast food places, but I love this one.

We placed our order at 12:50pm the website said it would be ready by 1:09 we waited in the store until 1:45 for our order. While the store was busy every person that came into the store and stood in line got served far before us. At this point the one sub that was supposed to be warm is now cold. No hair nets were being worn and there was no organization to how things were being run.
When mistakes are made they don't always cooperate but I'm still a fan.

I went there today for lunch and is the second time that we have gotten lunch there and I do not want to leave a bad review but I want management to know that those people are overwhelmed there were no less than 20 people in the store when I was there there were three people working I feel like most of the people working there were brand new we're pretty new and I feel like they're left out there in the cold and they need more help.

I placed a pickup order , got home & couldn’t even eat my food due to long pieces of hair being in both of my sandwiches ! I’ve only been to this location twice so best believe my second visit was my last. I called the next day & spoke to an employee about a refund & told him what happened , he told me they wouldn’t be able to refund me my money if the sandwiches were eaten which surprised me because if I found hair in my sandwiches before taking a bite why do you think I’d eat them? & in my opinion regardless if I took a bite or not then I was expecting a refund because there shouldn’t be hair in my food at all but after that I did get refunded so thank you.

Wowzers, over this past Sunday and my first time ordering from this location (Timonium) left me quite satisfied. I ordered the regular size big kahuna cheese steak with chipotle mayo on my mobile app. Let me tell you, this sub was not lacking in taste, freshness of bread and the portion of meat to bread ratio was fully packed. Hopefully my next visit will have the same quality and consistency. Oh, and the store was clean too. Lol. Thank you Jersey Mike's.
