No free refills at this Timonium location
Nice location, employees seem to want to help customers. They are short handed causing orders to back up quite fast.
McDonalds are McDonalds - food for the most part is always the same. One factor that is different is customer service at each location. The location in Timonium unfortunately is going downhill. There have been many things, but here’s an example of something so simple. I received a Diet Coke that wasn’t even close to full, over two inches from the top. When I asked the lady politely to fill it she said that’s what the machine did and made a fuss. She didn’t fill it either....read full review
