Bad management unfortunately. They do not do refills anymore. Not even if you ask, they charge for a whole additional drink. Also, when ordering to table, they leave on the counter and want you to get up. Why have table side order if they won’t deliver it. Staff seemed nice but I can tell leadership at this store is very greedy. I can’t imagine how tough they are on their staff.

All i got was nuggets and a drink. Simple order they probably wont screw it up. Go to the window and the lady working looks at me confused after i get my nuggets, i told her i also got a large drink. She hands me a random medium drink. Please dont work anywhere other then mcds. You wont make it.

They didn't give us the two apple pies and a medium fry that we ordered and they were screaming the whole time. Incredibly unpleasant. The food we got was fine, what you'd expect from a McDonalds, but we never got about $10 worth of food. Service was 1/10.

Everytime I go to or order online from this mcdonalds they always tend to get my order wrong. I went thru the drive thru yet again today trying to give them benefit of doubt thinking they may have fixed their incorrect ordering problem after not ordering from them in a while and yet again a new issue arises. My order was correct but not hot like. I talk to the manager and all he does is ask them to remake it but he's not fixing the issue of the cook not paying attention. It never fails they always mess an order up. Times when i have ordered through door dash and asked for a sausage mcmuffin I end up getting a mcgriddle or missing other items that was in the order it's so annoying. Until either new management or a new cook is is placed I wont be returning anytime soon. So unless your ok with getting something different than what you ordered stay away because their service and management suck.

There were a number of people waiting for their orders as well. With the new design, the employees hide behind the wall - nobody near the counter. There were signs EVERYWHERE that they don't give drink refills - a bit intrusive. No straw or napkins anywhere.

I had a mobile order and I customized for an extra mccrispy chicken, but when I checked the sandwich at home the extra chicken patty was missing. Also there is no option in the app to provide feedback on your order. Pathetic.
