Deplorable service. Didn't have high expectations for any drive through, let alone a McDonald's, but there's something special about waiting 15 minutes for a large coffee and then being told that the staff didn't even know you were waiting despite having your order confirmed at two different windows.
You can keep my $2.39. I'll be saving a lot more by never coming back to this location.

Came to this McDonald’s Twice. The first time my food was not good, the day after I tried it again, my food tasted old. Very disappointed I thought it would be better because of the location Food definitely not fresh in the morning

11:16 pm after waiting in the drive thru line 12 minutes, I get to the speaker and they refused to take my order. I begged them because I had had a long day and just wanted a little food before heading home. They refused.
Website says drive thru is open - no sign says that it’s not. Lots of employees staffed inside - but they won’t take my order.

How about hiring more capable people? We bought 3 Happy Meals for a child, and all 3 came with the same skeleton toy, yet the employees claim the toys are random, even for kids? Seriously? Random? Maybe hire less mentally challenged staff? In normal McDonald’s in parts of Europe, for example, skeleton toys are in the box with skeletons, and creepers with creepers, not all in one box. I get that you don’t let adults pick toys, but could you at least let kids? Out of the 3 Happy Meals on one receipt, we got 3 identical toys, which we ended up throwing away because we wanted either the creeper or the bee, which we repeatedly told the staff. The result: blind workers who keep saying it’s random, even though they can clearly see what they’re putting in. Change your staff before your reputation drops even further, because you’re SCAMMING people!!!

This mcdonalds in the upper part of belair has better staff, a d better quality sdrvice than tbw knw on 924. Tbe one on 924 needs to shutdown.
