I have never had an issue here. I only ever use the drive thru and it's always very quick. The reason for 1 Star is because this past Sunday I saw I had a charge on my debit card for this McDonald's. I live over an hour away from there and was in PA at a gas station getting gas around the time of the charge. So obviously it wasn't me who used my card. I am disputing it with my bank right now. My only guess is someone took a picture of my card and was able to use it on credit. So I'm pretty pissed right now about this. Won't be going back there again.

The food took over 15 minutes to get and we ordered 2x 40 nuggets and were missing 10 nuggets. The food was warm atleast. But overall not your money's worth.

The store was dirty. Tables weren't clean i mean burger wrappers and fries containers all over the floor. The employee's very nice maybe I came in on a day they was short handed.

The manager and the Cashier Jessie was rude and nasty. I gave the cashier a coupon for a free fry she never asked me the size and assumed a small. After i ask what was the size she seemed upset to change it. The manager came over to correct it. The manager refused to give me her name when asked her because they both were being rude at this point. She never offered an apology for the terrible service i received and didn't even respond when i told her my concerns. This was at 7:24pm 07/31/2025. I will be informing corporate about this. I plan to find out her name from corporate. Thank you.

My husband and I got terrible food poisoning after eating here today. We both had the same type of burger and in about an hour were feeling sick at exactly the same time. Frankly the health department needs to get involved, and I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here until they have an inspection and clean up their food safety regimen.

Spoke to a mean black guy at first who took major attitude with me, then proceeds to forget half my order. The two other Hispanics, when asked about it just rudely handed over our receipt which we didn’t get at the first window when asked for, we asked them to add what was missing, he only added one of a few things we wanted and he didn’t take the other half of our order due to the fact he kept slamming the window when I spoke. Nonetheless they had loud music blasting, they just stood there seeming lost. This being a few of many reasons I don’t come here, absolutely the worst attitude and rude customer service
