Everybody closed early because of the snow on Friday night/Saturday morning. I'm gluten-free (intolerant). I went to the drive-thru because I was incredibly hungry after doing Uber all day. I asked the lady at the drive-thru if anything beside the fries were gluten-free. She said; "I don't know," in an annoyed and goofy voice (don't go here if you have celiac). I ignored it because I was so hungry. McDonald's is not a place I eat at, normally. That remains, as immediately after ordering, I saw a rat playing in their backyard among the rocks. It was way too close to the building for my comfort. There's a strong possibility there are rats inside. I jetted. That's all.

This is the third time this has happened to me at this McDonald's I ordered through doordash I specifically said I want a large sweetened tea and you keep sending me a large Coke maybe you and doordash need to have a conversation or maybe your need to have conversation with your staff I do have my receipts

Despite Google stating the "open 24 hours" was confirmed by the business 6 weeks ago, don't believe it.When you pull up, don't be fooled by all the lights being on, and the menu board at the drive through blazing. You'll just wait for a couple of minutes like a putz.When you pull up to the window, ignore the stickers that tell you the drive through is open 24 hours.When you drive up to the next window, do not feel satisfaction seeing the worker inside. He's busy making what seems to be a giant strawberry milkshake with whipped cream. He'll ignore you.When you see the woman who looks like she might be a manager walk in, just look away. She'll only give you the stink eye and silently judge you for pulling into a fully lit, business confirmed, sticker acknowledging, 24 hour McD's hoping for a McMuffin and a coffee before your early flight.

Stopped here Friday evening for dinner with my family. Ordered a couple of chicken sandwich meals for the wife and I, and a nugget happy meal for the little one. Ordered apples for the kids meal and did not receive them. My wife did not get the fries that are supposed to come with a meal. My wife originally ordered a sweet tea with her meal, and the tea looked like little more than water. She gave it back and asked for a coke instead. Pointed this out to the employee at the window, who refused to help. Asked for the receipt, which we also weren’t given. Refused to give us what we were supposed to get, claiming he’d get in trouble. Didn’t offer to get a supervisor or anything else. Will not come back here again, a very poor McDonalds.
