Extremely disappointed in the recent changes at this location. Management has started charging extra for proteins that were previously included, and to make matters worse, staff have been instructed to give noticeably smaller portions of everything—not just the protein you’re now paying more for. It’s clear these decisions are profit-driven and not in the interest of customer satisfaction. Sad to see a once-reliable spot adopt such greedy and dishonest business practices.

Stopped by for lunch in my travels. I rarely get to go to Nalley Fresh but when I do, I’m never disappointed…Knock on wood. As you can tell…The salad didn’t stand a chance. It looked and tasted too good that I didn’t get to take the pic first lol. Salads & service is top tier. The place is always clean too!!

If you want crispy lettuce, refreshing cucumbers and delicious roasted beets as some of the components to your next salad you should give Nally Fresh a try. Their ingredients are so fresh , never any wilted lettuce or browned vegetables. There salad dressing is also very tasty , the Caesar being my personal favorite. If you are trying to eat healthier meals give Nally Fresh a try!

There’s one woman who works here - she’s been here every time I’ve been here the last 7-8 months at least (she’s often the only one working) and i have given her the benefit of the doubt every time but she is just a miserable person and although i love the food (usually, today the chicken was way overcooked) today will be my last time coming to this location because she literally just brought down my whole day by being mean and argumentative over me asking to try a piece of shrimp to know if i wanted it on my $20 salad. They’ve always allowed me to try something before committing to it but today she went into a whole tirade about how i dont go to mcdonalds and ask to try the fries?!? Like what?? I’m not at mcdonalds i’m at a $20 salad place… bye nalley fresh! Been a supporter for 5 years first at the baltimore harbor location when j worked downtown and now in timonium but not after today.
Love the salads but last trip was very disappointing. Salad was loaded with sand and not properly cleaned. I got very sick for days. But I still love the selection.

Went to timonium today and was very disappointed. For almost $12 a salad the serving was very small. White Marsh location much better.

This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for any Nalley Fresh location even this location I have been to several times. First of all, the manager was rude and not attentive of my complaint and ignored what I said. I am pregnant and do not need high level of stress. One of the employees was not patient and I saw him roll his eyes and actually was getting impatient when I would tell him how I wanted my mom and I's order. I asked the manager why he didn't say anything or ask me what happened as I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that employee. He proceeded to say he is taking it all in. Also, this location is always not clean tables still dirty! They staff seemed irritated to come and have to clean the table. I also noticed the manager speaking to other people I guess he is friends with? He went to their table 3 or 4 times. That makes me feel disrespected as he never came to check if everything with us was okay and I guess maybe because I am the only black person here could that be a reason too that my concerns or me as a human being doesn't matter to him? Or what your intimated by me because I am black? I am outraged! How is this guy a manger here? I have never ever experience this at Nalley Fresh before. The owner I have met and he is nothing but friendly including staff. I will never return back here
