I love your restaurant. It's clear that a great deal of thought has gone into the day to day process. I can't remember a place with such outstanding service and the atmosphere is to die for. You might want to simplify the menu with one omelette choice listing the options below it. Most folks will select more than one choice. I know I would have, including the type of cheese. My omelette came with no cheese at all.
The next day, I came back. My mushroom cheese burger was very dry and the mushrooms were not done. They seemed to have barely touched the skillet. The fries and coleslaw were excellent. The beverages were very good. I look forward to trying the restaurant again.
Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but selections were good and varied.
Parking: Handicap accessible
Kid-friendliness: We didn't have children with us but it was clear that children are welcome.
Wheelchair accessibility: My husband was in a wheelchair. They had tables especially designed to accommodate him.

The chipped beef is way to salt y. This was at least the 4th time I've said something to the managers. They said I'm the only person who complains. I never have a problem at the other locations. They said it's a different recipe. It shouldn't be. The male just raised his arms and acted like ir was all me. Well I won't be returning to this location. The male manager should really learn how to deal with guests.

I had a very bad experience this evening at diner for dinner. I was told the air condition units were leaking yet put at a table where water was dripping out of the ceiling onto my cell phone near the food. I had to ask to have my table moved then the floor was so slippery. It was like an ice-skating rink. I had my elderly mother with me, and I was terrified she was gonna fall. They should’ve closed the section. There was plenty of empty spaces in the diner. I don’t know what they were thinking. It was extremely unprofessional. The dripping water from the ceiling was gross. I will not be returning. You just lost a customer.

Hey, it's a diner. So, you can expect large portions and lots of options. However, Nautilus is a cut above other diners, IMHO. Since we enjoy having breakfast for dinner, this place is a fairly regular go to for us. The service is usually excellent, but there are one or two servers whose seating section we avoid. What is it about diner coffee? It's always SO delicious! Be prepared to take food the home, unless you bring a second stomach.

Sorry.but we stopped in on our way to the Maryland State Fair so here's my issues #1 if you charge $13.99 for a cheese burger and you serve me a frozen patty, no no no give me a fresh hand made beef burger not a frozen patty.i can get that at my house...some of the fries were uncooked.and the chicken salad open face.was a liberal amount almost like you were trying to get rid of it..had no taste at all.. nothing.i did talk it home and when I gave it to my German shepherd as a treat ..he growled at me..as if to say what is this. So the $35 dollar bill and the $6 dollar tip to the impolite waiter who by the way was wearing a $2000 Movado watch..I can say something has to change.i ate here 3 years ago and it was fine.i believe the place is sidestepping give your patrons real food not something out of a box and microwave..I will come back next fall to see if you have turned around and paid attention to details..thx Marco

3rd time going and getting bad food. Had been 3-4 times before that and the food was great. Don’t know what’s happened. Had to remind our waiter to bring our beverages, food was slow coming out, shrimp salad sandwich was warm, didn’t taste good. Couldn’t even eat 1/2 of the sandwich. Calamari was good, coconut shrimp was a bit over cooked. Very dark. I won’t be going back
Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid menu if you look on the back of the menu at the bottom. Even our waiter had a hard time finding it to show us

They USED ti be very good, however, they have gotten way too expensive for the food they serve. We got omletes that looked like rolled scrambled eggs only they were FLAT! They took forever & once they delivered the food, they never came back. They were not that busy either. We had to go and ask for drink refills, which they tried to charge us again for.
Never again! So sad, cause they used to be the place to go!
If you want a terrific, fat, delicious omlete, go to IHOP!!! The one in Cockeysville.
