I love your restaurant. It's clear that a great deal of thought has gone into the day to day process. I can't remember a place with such outstanding service and the atmosphere is to die for. You might want to simplify the menu with one omelette choice listing the options below it. Most folks will select more than one choice. I know I would have, including the type of cheese. My omelette came with no cheese at all.

Hey, it's a diner. So, you can expect large portions and lots of options. However, Nautilus is a cut above other diners, IMHO. Since we enjoy having breakfast for dinner, this place is a fairly regular go to for us. The service is usually excellent, but there are one or two servers whose seating section we avoid. What is it about diner coffee? It's always SO delicious! Be prepared to take food the home, unless you bring a second stomach.

Closest thing we have to a Jersey Greek dinner. Delicious looking desserts in the case. Great place for breakfast 24-7. I just wish they offered turkey bacon ? in addition to their turkey sausage ( which is still yummy). τρώνε καλά (I think that means eat well in Greek).
