We have been eating here and ordering take out for 40 years and have always been more than very satisfied. This time we ordered crabcakes to cook at home and they were outstanding! We also ordered 2 pounds of de-shelled jumbo shrimp. They were so salty we had to rinse them off and douse them with apple cider vinegar yo try to neutralize the salt, with limited success. First time in 40 years - we were so disappointed as we had out of town relatives in for a great seafood dinner. Will defintely keep Ocean Pride as one of out go-to dining places but will be careful next time with shrimp.

We were hungry so we stopped by since it was close. We just missed the blue crabs, well they only had 3 left (the table before us got like 3 or 4 dozen😭) which we were told would be $13 a piece 😂. Hard pass. Tried their crab cake, crab imperial and crab cocktail dish with Mac n cheese and deviled eggs. The crab imperial was weird with the peppers included, never had it that way and hopefully never again…not my cup of tea. Crab cake tasted weird and the Mac n cheese was not good to me. Got a take out box cause I’d hate to waste food , but still ended up trashing it 😭. So disappointed. And when I slid my seat up the cushion moved but the chair did not. Being as though the chairs get stacked onto the table one would assume that it would be either fixed or discarded. Nope. The server was nice though. Took pics of my food (of course) and what was left of it when I was finished

I love this place! Everything was great from the moment I stepped into the restaurant until I left!!! The blue crabs were huge and so delicious.

Unfortunately our experience was not that good. We came in first time during not busy evening . Nobody greeted or seated us and we stood for more than 5 minutes without anybody even looking at us even though bartenders and waiter were like 8 feet away . We sat down ourselves . The waiter came after some time, took our drinks order , then came with drinks and took our food order . Brought the food . That's it . Nobody ever brought us water , nobody came to check on us , we wanted to order more drinks but the waiter never came. The food was mediocre and in our opinion too small for their prices . Mac and cheese was not good at all , burgers and other dishes were not impressive and bland. The only great were the drinks , but as I said we could only get them 1 round and never heard from the waiter again . Our table and wall next to us had ants crawling and the window frame by the table was completely dirty covered in something brown , this place needs a good cleaning. We then had to wave our waiter down to get our bill. Overall food is 3/5 , drinks are 5/5 , service is 2/5, clean is 1/5, the atmosphere is ok . If we ever come back it will be for drinks !
A true Maryland experience! This place is a traditional seafood restaurant in the area. They have a great bar up front and a separate dining room in the back half. Food is delicious, service was good. Love visiting when I'm in the area

I ordered the chicken tenders with homemade marinara sauce & the hush puppies with honey butter as stated on their menu. As my car was in the shop, I had to walk to pick up my carry out order. When I arrived home I discovered there was no honey butter or marinara sauce in my order. I immediately called & after being put on hold for a long time, was told it was a typo on the menu & no marinara sauce or honey butter should have come with my order. Instead of apologizing for leaving such things out of my order, I was told a ridiculous lie. The food was not good at all without the honey butter or marinara sauce. The worst customer service ever!

Steamed crabs are amazing here. Got the seafood gumbo and I'm not sure why they called it seafood gumbo as I didn't find any seafood in it. Taste was good, the name is just a bit misleading
