The supreme pan pizza toppings were minimal. It seems all we had was the baked dough with hardly any taste of the toppings. The amount of money they charge they should have enough amount of toppings. I am not surprised that this place is not doing as well as some other pizza places in the area. Pepperoni pizza was ok.

This is unquestionably the most well run Pizza Hut anywhere. I used to love the "dine-in" Pizza Hut restaurants. But now, most near me are primarily carry out. I have used several locations over the past few years. Lately I have been using this location, and everything about it is top notch. The facility always appears impeccably clean and spotless. The staff is stellar- extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. And the food (pizza and boneless wings) is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this location. The management and staff here should be a model for all Pizza Hut carry outs.

Called to place an order at 4pm, was giving an ai bot. Waited 2 hrs for food, called back and was told they were backed up but food would be to me shortly! Called back another hour later at 7pm asking where was food. Told they never received my order. I asked can I replace it since I’m on the phone. Was left on hold. Moral of story very displeased and did not receive food to feed myself and two children.

This was my first time going to the Pizza Hut in Timonium since the one in Cockeysville shut down and I have to say I had the best pizza (perfectly cooked) and best experience I've had in a long time at a pizza place! I'll be back :-) Thanks to Monica and her team at PH for the best experience!

Waiting for 20 minutes after I was notified that my order was ready. Cinnamon sticks look like they shouldn’t be consumed by humans and didn’t come with icing. Pizza way over cooked and inedible. This is 3:00pm. The manager was the one helping me and was entirely unprofessional. Hat on sideways. Please give this location no business, although, not sure that matters as Pizza Hut is a failing corporation as it is.

That pizza was not only lukewarm when we made the less-than-10 minute drive home from the restaurant, it was terrible. The boneless chicken was wayyy better than the food in their name! ??♂️Rubbery and lukewarm pizza was an atrocious experience. ??

First let me say that Trenea was great, pleasant and professional, outstanding service. The pizza was excellent, and this is the first pizza hut pizza I've had in over 15 or so years. The guy that was in there with Trenea didn't seem to be to helpful at all, to me it look like Trenea was doing everything, but kudos to her! 5 star's and more.
