0 stars. dystopian as hell. our entire order was wrong, when my boyfriend went in for our missing items the guy said nothing. we later realized more was missing but didn't bother going in because the manager couldn't be bothered to speak. when we got to eating that's when we realized NOTHING was right. my BEC had HAM no bacon. the egg, white only, was as yellow as the sun. my boyfriends chicken sandwich had NO SAUCE OR PICKLES and they chose to add bacon to his, which he kindly gave me.
never again.
maybe have actual cashiers and not a POS system, otherwise the "dining area" wouldn't be full of silent, upset customers.

Service was good. Food was cold and completely unappetizing. And I know it's not because I was late to pick it up; I was handed my food from behind the counter as soon as it was finished. Pretty gross experience and won't be doing that again, especially with several other breakfast restaurants in the area.
Edit, in response to request by vendor: Order number was 10407132. Had a southern chicken on a cheddar biscuit. Pimento was cold, but I haven't had that in a while, and I think it's supposed to be. But so was the biscuit, and so was the chicken. Okra was fine, mostly warm. Maybe the pimento cheese chilled the entire entree.

The chicken is really good, but the cheesy tots are why I came. They don't disappoint. Atmosphere lacks, coffee isn't anything. But the tots, I'm telling you. They're so good.

We've been coming here quite a bit and it has changed since we started going there. The biscuits have not been consistent.
Vegetarian options: They do serve meat there. I'm not sure if they are using a different area to cook vegetarian options. Not sure if they use different utensils when cooking. I've noticed that some restaurants treat veggie products like meat and they aren't. You're heating veggie products (maybe browning them). If I eat these products at a restaurant, I'll go to a vegan restaurant.
I’ve told so many people about these sandwiches. My daughter and I are there often…and she is an 8 year old, picky eater. For us, these sandwiches are heaven on a biscuit.

Order was super quick. Coffee needed brewing and the team was super friendly and quick to accommodate. No one seemed inconvenienced at all. Way to go, Rise Timonium.

The online order and I store pickup is THE move! It’s a popular spot at all house so being able to walk-in and walk out with treats is a big bonus.
Parking: Park in any spot you can find. As popular as Rise is, they fill the parking lot quickly!
