This place is terrible and always has been. Today was the icing on the cake…. I will not be returning. Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to spend my money that I actually work for. Nobody ever answered. 2 vehicles infront of me had the same issue and left. When I finally decided to leave there were multiple employees in the kitchen area seemingly doing nothing. Don’t come here.

Went to get milkshakes to go. The shakes were really good, but there was nobody at the counter, and it took several minutes for somebody to take our order, despite there being no customers inside or outside; and it felt like there was no AC on during a 100 degree day.

Mobile order, website, and other places showing hours says it opens at 8am. I get there to pick up my mobile order and they say they don't open til 10am. Took two weeks to get my money back f on the online based customer service system.

There’s 3 employees sitting in the dining area and one slumped over the cash register at the drive thru window. We waited over 25 minutes for 4 drinks and soft pretzels.

If I had left a review a year or two ago, it would be a solid 1 or 2 star. I would order on the app, park in the stall, and proceed to wait 30 minutes. Eventually, I would then need to go to the drive thru because nobody would answer the order button. The drive thru staff were always super flat and unfriendly.
However, this location has really shaped up. It’s a 5-10 minute wait at the stall. The food is always hot and fresh tasting (as much as it can be), and the employees are much more engaging.
Sure, things get forgotten sometimes, but that’s always a quick fix.
What ever management has done in the past year, keep it up!

Staff was very attentive truthfully all I went for was the corn dogs which make you feel like you're at a fair than a fresh I don't have to ask for mustard because they giving it to you but I say give him a try.
Reading is fundamental. Hire people who can read and listen. Also idk what was wrong with that sonic blast but PLEASE make sure that joint is cleaned properly. Spoiled my whole meal.
