Had a really bad today at the office and stopped by on my way home this afternoon. Was greeted immediately. The line was a little busy, but Luke made the wait and experience so worth it, would and will 100% go back. I could tell he was working hard to deliver great customer service, keep the line moving but not make the experience feel rushed. He took the time to ask about my day, listen to what I was looking for, walk me through the different menu options. I probably had too...
The wonderful girl working here this evening gave my twins samples to help them decide because they didn’t know what drink they’d like! She went out of her way to help us, and was the nicest! Wish I caught her name but is working this evening 5/23!
I want to recognize David today for being kind. I got sick in the line he didn’t seem grossed out. He treated me so well despite the long line. I really appreciate his kindness today.
