This is a new location near me. I usually use the drive through further up the road and will going further. Very, very slow service. 10 minutes till getting my order in the drive through, after ordering. One car ahead who waited all that time too. Didn't ask id I wanted by banana bread headed.. Just a slab of cold bread in a cellophane wrapper. Haven't even eaten it. Difficult to get in and out. Lots of congestion.

I have been to this new store twice, once on Halloween, once today, November 22. Both times I tried to order a pumpkin spice latte and both times was told it has been discontinued for the season?! Today, I was also told that this was for all Starbucks not just this store and when I said I Would just go and order it from another store. I was told that it’s discontinued everywhere.. That makes absolutely no sense considering the NEW winter/holiday menu that came out seven days after Halloween has pumpkin spice latte on it and I’m not able to find another Starbucks in my area that has discontinued it, no other Baristas that I’ve asked about this discontinuation have any idea what I’m talking about. If your store is not carrying pumpkin spice latte anymore, that is different than telling customers that Starbucks has discontinued the drink for the season and that it’s discontinued across the company and I won’t be able to order it anywhere.

Only reason I’m not giving one star is because the manager of this location is phenomenal, he’s the only reason I can even redeem this location.
Absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff, waited over 30 minutes for a cold drink that typically takes under 5 min to make. Staff standing around talking giving no care to the line, definitely will be avoiding this location

Like many people, I occasionally use Starbucks to get some work done when traveling, and this location was great for that. I came in around 9:30 AM on a Wednesday morning and they weren't overly busy, there was plenty of seating and power outlets, parking out front was easy, and the staff were all friendly and in good moods. It was nice to be around and really helped me get some work done for a few hours. My latte was great also!
They hardly acknowledge you when you come to the pickup counter for mobile orders.

I normally don’t write reviews, but for some reason EVERY TIME I come to this location my order is NEVER READY! Service is slow and it’s annoying honestly. If I place an order for pick up and it says it’ll be ready at a certain time and I get there at said time. Why is my order still not ready. At Starbucks you pay the “premium price” so you would expect “premium service”. This problem ends up making me late for work.
