Nice variety of offerings but I felt that it was a bit expensive.
Around home a large takeout container of soup goes for $7-$8, their soup started at $25. They looked wonderful but a little too pricey for me.
I bought a 'very' large oatmeal cookie for $5.

This felt like a weirdly expensive cafeteria experience. I’ve eaten breakfast all over the world, and I do not think I have ever paid $50 for a yogurt parfait, subpar French toast, a hot chocolate (too hot to consume until we were ready to leave), and a latte. The french toast alone was $15 for two slices of bread and no meat/protein. You order at the counter, take a number, and they deliver the food. They did not even bring butter for my french toast. I had to ask for it. Also, by the time the other person with me received their order, mine was cold. If you like wildly overpriced, subpar food and service, this is the place for you.

Love love love this place!
Whoever the gentleman is who waits on everyone is a GEM! He greets everyone with enthusiasm and everyone just seems so friendly. Great outdoor space and plenty of seating inside.
I ordered my norm caffe latte with skim milk and this time, I ordered their peach coffee cake and chicken sandwich with Asian sesame and Dijon. Yum! I will definitely return ❤️

Service gets 5+ points! The servers were super friendly. Southwest chicken sandwich was okay…was a little bland for me. Coffee and treats were amazing!

The fried haddock sandwich was beyond good , fresh fish battered with a homemade tartar sauce .The regular chicken salad sandwich was good , but needs more flavor ! Salt , onion maybe .
The service was friendly , kind and knowledgeable. Wish every cafe was like that . !
Only problem was a rude mother who brough her kids into an expensive cafe to sit and eat a cookie while yelling and banging on table .. it is a calming atmosphere , so don’t be rude and bring screaming children .

The tuna melt is so good, as is the almond croissant. Both were so good the first time, I ordered them again on my second visit. My friends had chicken salad sandwiches and muffins and liked them as well. Highly highly recommend

Was finding a place to have a quick bite. Saw the bakery from across the parking lot and thought it would be some expensive place as it was near hospital. We were two people who went there and ordered one latte, biscuit and abado chicken wrap. The total came out to be under 30 dollars and when we the food we thought it was worth the price. The biscuit was something butter biscuit something called and it was so good. We oder3d a small latte and the size was big like big and it was so so good. The chicken wrap was huge portion and it was a really healthy option. So I really want to recommend this place. They said they make everything there and yes you can feel from the food. The people were also so great and friendly. They made my food experience really wonderful.

This cafe was amazing. All the bread and pastries are made fresh daily. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and the focaccia was incredible. Great coffee and desserts as well. I wish I lived closer, I would be a regular.
An absolute treasure. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and care. The owner, manager, and every single employee are truly exceptional—passionate about what they do, hardworking, and sincerely kind. The food is outstanding - fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Their fresh-baked breads are incredible. Portions are generous and satisfying, with real value in every bite.
It’s rare to find a place where quality, heart, and community come together so effortlessly. They take pride in their craft, truly value their customers, and it shows in every detail. I’ve brought a friend, my parents, and my uncle—because it’s that good and welcoming. And I already know I’ll be bringing my sisters too when they visit. Stone Mill Café & Bakery is more than a great spot—it’s a place you want to share with the people you love.
It is a happy place! Good coffee and best hot chocolate in town!
I got a caramel latte and their decorated sugar cookie. Best caramel latte I've ever had. It's pricy but definitely worth it. The sugar cookie was also pretty good. Highly recommend!
Got to have lunch here
