They are 3.8 for a reason. Customer service sucks. I asked for the lady to take off cheese off my sub (she put like 10 slices on there!) and she and her colleagues got upset and started speaking in their native language, likely being disrespectful. Just because you can’t understand them doesn’t mean you don’t know they are being nasty. I wouldn’t spend my money here again.

Eating here was the worse experience at a Subway ever. This facility is in desperate need of repairs, cleaning, upgrades and maintenance. Absolutely not up to Subway standards. This place was absolutely filthy and in poor condition. Based upon the poor condition of this store, one can logically presume the food is also substandard. Instead of sitting and eating in front of us, the older employee should have been cleaning this pig sty. Additionally, this Subway does not honor the advertised prices on TV. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

I work in the building and have been let down several times by this subway. Definitely different from other subways. I watched the manager one time make a scene and embarrass a customer whose card declined and I ended up paying for her because she looked like she was about to cry. The way he talks to his female employees is degrading. Most of the time I get a sub it’s not that full and the bread is stale. Today I tried to use a coupon and the lady laughed and said they never accept coupons. I told them they should put up a sign so customers aren’t surprised and can be made aware and she laughed. I’ll be sticking to the deli around the corner from here on out.

Would not honor my coupons. They said they don't take coupons. But they don't have a sign saying they don't. All 3 employees saw my coupons and waited until it was time to pay to mention it. I believe the ower is money hungry and cheap. If it doesn't benefit them then forget it.

Needed to use the Restroom before placing my order. Was told that the Restrooms where out of order . Was going to get takeout because I was shopping in the same strip..Glanced in the restaurant 15 min later and watched them buzz someone in the same restroom which was supposedly out of Order. Bullshit!!

Absolutely horrible experience! I walked in and stood in line - all excited to use a Subway coupon I had. Before I could even properly show the Subway lady the coupon in my hand...she saw it and meanly blurted out to me - "I don't take coupons! I don't take coupons!"

I'm like...daggg...what a horrible way to welcome a customer! She had no customer service at all. Just rude and condescending. That's fine, though. I didn't say a word to her - just walked right back out and took my money elsewhere. I wasn't about to spend a dime in there!

I ordered online hoping it would be a quick pickup but I still had to wait when I got there. I enjoyed my tasty tuna sub but I paid for 50% more tuna and felt it was no different than the usual amount. I love that the bread is always fresh. I also tried the chicken and cheese rollups. Though the price for the rollups was very reasonable, it was 90% bread and very little filling. I might consider trying a different version next time.

Had coupon, but after preparing the order, they said they do not participate in the coupon program. There are no signs or warnings.
Why not advertise this?
The meat was very fatty and they skimp on portions.

Food tasted horrible. Order a turkey sub and turkey tasted old and dry. When I said something to staff, they were very rude and didnt seem to care. All is well, I know not to go to this location anymore.
