I show up at 11am when Google and the front door said they be opened. And the young lady locks the door and leaves exactly at 11am while I'm sitting there and she says nothing and just leaves, I waited 15 minutes but that's long enough in my opinion and no one showed up. So I never got to experience the food, service, and atmosphere!

I clearly asked for a kid size yogurt and was charged $3.49. The online menu states that a kid size yogurt is $1.99. I hate getting ripped off. I did not want to waste my time going in to complain. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Ive been coming here twice a week f for almost 2 years..there is never anyone at the register when i come.i always have to wait about 10 minutes for someone to walk out from the back. They should put a bell on the counter for us or have someone out front all the time

Awful. I watched the employee serve the family in front of us - she grabbed the cones with no gloves on nor did she wrap a napkin around the cone. My son even noticed it. When it was our turn, a different employee helped us and my son ordered his Oreo in a cake cone and before I could ask her to not take the cone that her co-worker had already touched with her bare hand, she did the same thing? I then politely asked her to please get a new cone and not touch it with her bare hands. She looked completely baffled and confused as to how she would get a cone without touching it. I told her she could just wrap a napkin around it. Why we didn’t leave, I have no idea. Then- we paid and I noticed that I was charged for the small cups and then charged separately for the plain, cake cones (NOT waffle cones.) Why did I have to pay extra for the cake cone? She didn’t even use a cup- the yogurt was just served in the cone. Can you please explain that? Why did I pay for a CUP of yogurt and then an additional charge for a cone. Would I have been charged extra for the germs if I hadn’t asked for her to use a napkin when touching the cone? I’d love to hear from the owner. If you’d like to discuss the sanitary issues with your employees, let me know. I’m happy to give you the date and time of my visit in addition to employee descriptions. You certainly wouldn’t want someone from the health department to have the same experience!

TCBY has the best frozen yogurt out or any frozen yogurt shop! The flavor is so good, I don’t even need toppings. The worker who served us tonight was super friendly too.
I love your hand packed frozen yogurt please, bring back the peanut butter delight. friendly and efficient staff, very refreshing in this day and age.

I am a TCBY regular for years. I chose to dismiss haagen daz because of it's high fat/cholesterol contents ,etc. TCBY gives the same enjoyment and a satisfying taste w/o all the extra stuff. So many varieties and different choices to make. Fun and healthier for the children. Not mucus forming like ice cream.
