I’ve never we had a bad experience here. The bagels are good (not the best) but the whole ordering experience and the options make this a go-to because it is so efficient and they never mess up. I love an Asiago old bay bagel breakfast sandwich when they have it in season.

This is a must try place. The food is great. The bagels are amazing bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagels will change your life, lol. They get a little busy due to the great food, so maybe order ahead. I highly recommend THB.

Bagels r good but service TOTALLY sux. If you are just ordering 2-3 bagels to go wait times are ridiculous and staff is not helpful. On visit 3 wks ago ordered 4 bagels to go, no toasting, no cutting, no schmear. Waited 15 minutes. I was in area so I didn’t order online which might have helped. However walk in service and manager don’t have a clue.

Bagels and cream cheese are simply delicious. Better than bagels you can purchase in New York City. My favorite is the everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. This breakfast sandwich is perfect every time.

Bagels are very good but service was bad - asked multiple times for order and they had it behind counter and forgot about it and never called our name/number. Waited over 30mins to finally got our order by then it was cold.
