Easily located off of a highway (I-83 MD exit 16) that I travel frequently yet I never had been there in all these years. I had a V A L T which was a toasted tempeh based BLT with avocado, it was quite small but very delicious. I also had a cleansing cocktail juice, needed more ginger so I also had a ginger shot which was literally raw ginger and nothing else! Loved it all. Really liked the vibe of the store it was located in, run by lovely people for decades apparently. Would definitely go again.

Great lunch spot inside a mom and pop health food store. Order at the window in the back. Keep in mind that there is no dine-in available, to-go only. It’s also possible to call ahead and pick up. I had the black bean burger in a wrap and the nutty vanilla smoothie. The vegan garlic aioli is fantastic on it. My friend had the tempeh reuben with the peanut butter blast smoothie.
