My party of over 30 people and I had reserved a private room for two birthday celebrations. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of acceptable and raised serious concerns about health and sanitation.Firstly, the room was significantly overcrowded for the space provided. With over 30 guests crammed in, it was uncomfortable and unsafe. Given the fire hazard and lack of space, refusing some guests or moving us to a more suitable area would have been the responsible course of action.Secondly, the hibachi grill's exhaust system was malfunctioning, filling the room with excessive smoke. This caused eye andthroat irritation for myself and many other guests, making the dining experience extremely unpleasant.Thirdly, the food preparation hygiene was concerning. As the chef scrambled eggs, we noticed numerous eggshells mixed into the food. Despite repeated attempts to point this out, the chef ignored our concerns and continued cooking. Only after an eggshell was discovered did he offer a cursory apology and proceed to cook the contaminated eggs with the rice.Fourthly, the smoke became so bad that even servers entering the room were coughing and covering their mouths. This further highlights the severity of the ventilation issue and the potential health risks to patrons and staff.Finally, the cleaning practices were equally questionable. Upon finishing cooking, the chef used a visibly dirty rag, reeking of an old bathroom, to clean the grill. This lack of basic hygiene added to the overall negative impression of the restaurant.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of veggies to choose from. I recommend to get them stir fry with the noodles or over rice?. I usually order the calamari and hibachi shrimp. I also like the tuna rolls, salmon rolls with the sauce or the eel and volcano rolls are good as well.

The food was great,our chef was great but one thing that bothers me is our waiter (I forgot his name) was very short with us and not a pleasant individual. He started off kinda nice but then he became very short and standoffish. After paying our bill and packing our leftovers, we had just seen the couple at the table with us get paper bags so we asked him if we could get 2 bags, and he said "we don't have no bag" so he scurried away and when he came back thru we said it to him again and he said the same thing again. The waiter from the next table heard us and came over and apologized and said I'll get your bags. It's safe to say if you don't like people or some people in particular maybe your working in the wrong business. We won't be returning to this establishment again. Thank you

Wouldn’t recommend no one going here for the price they give you very little portion of food and also makes you pay for everything even napkins steak wasn’t well done my whole meal was garbage and not even that it’s say it comes with rice and noodles they filled me up with just noodles

It was a little crowded tonight because of birthday parties but we was seated after a 10 min wait. The chef was awesome and entertaining. Steak was a little overcooked but still delicious and flavorful. So much food, we all took food home with us.
We came in an hour before closing, the staff was very nice and pleasant!! I don't live far from the Marlow Heights location, so I will be going more often! The food was great as well, a wonderful outing to dinner for a family!!
